Chapter 59 – Screw Heat Fever

As a matter of fact, the charming Mrs. Tang is not only accomplished in spending money but is also very talented when it comes to aesthetics.

When the two suits were sent backstage, the smell of money made them stand out in the stylish chemical fiber clothing of several studios.

Jian Songyi looked over at the two suits his mother was holding. “Mom, don’t you think it is too grand?” He asked hesitantly.

“No.” Mrs. Tang answered without a doubt, but Jian Songyi was still reluctant.

Bai Huai came forward and took the suit: “I think it’s good.”

He then proceeded to return to Jian Songyi’s side. Bai Huai leaned against him to whisper, “Since everyone is mentioning how high-profile we are, then why don’t we show them how a high-profile really works just this once? What do you think?”

Jian Songyi thinks Bai Huai has a point.

Seeing that they suddenly both agreed, Mrs. Tang moved her gaze between them: “Then go and change your clothes already. Give your schoolbag to your mother, and your mother will take care of it. Remember to look more often in the middle of the second row; Mom will be sitting there and videotaping both of you.”

She shook the little DVD camera in her hand before leaving happily.

Yang Yue could not help but envy: “Brother Song, your mother is so cute.”

    “Oh.”

His grandparents spoiled Mrs. Tang and then changed his father’s destiny when she was 20. She has never experienced hardship all her life, so she is not cute.

“But your mother is very retro, isn’t that DVD camera model from ten years ago?”

“Hmmm?” Jian Songyi did not even notice. Is she really that fond of vintage to use something from 10 years ago?

As he was wondering, Bai Huai tugged him by the shoulder: “Let’s go. Don’t worry about it. We will be too late in changing our clothes.”

    “Ow.”

But there happened to be a lot of people in the dressing room, so they decided to change to the piano room upstairs instead.

After taking a few steps, Jian Songyi suddenly turned his head to Yang Yue and said, “By the way, the two chasing lights my mother bought came from an epic musical production. They should not be looked down upon. With that being stated, be careful in operating them. Don’t be too reckless with it.”

    Yang Yue: “Yes, I understand.”

Bai Huai said with a smile, “Why are you so stingy?”

Jian Songyi snorted loosely but said nothing.

He’s not stingy; he’s just protecting his weaknesses.

Others can’t say a word about the person he likes.

The piano room is narrow and opaque and a natural secret room where the curtains are drawn.

It is most suitable for young people to undress.

The suit Mrs. Tang prepared for Jian Songyi is a white three-piece tuxedo with a pleated collar and a black velvet bow tie.

Everything else is easy to wear, except that bow tie. It is not just a simple bow. It is a long velvet tie that Jian Songyi has to tie for himself.

And obviously, Jian Songyi does not know how to do it.

In fact, he almost got himself killed after going on figuring out how to do it for a long time now.

As he was doing so, there were two knocks on the door.

    “Do you need help?”

Jian Songyi opened the door as he bowed his head and fiddled with his bow tie. “I can’t do it.” He murmured.

“It’s alright. I will do it for you.”

After that faint statement, Jian Songyi handed over the tie to let Bai Huai fix it for him. And then the black velvet belt under his fingers suddenly became obedient.

Jian Songyi’s eyes moved up along Bai Huai’s exaggerated cuffs.

And as if realizing it now, Bai Huai really does look good in black.

The gorgeous retro medieval black dress set off his cold white skin and pale eyes, like the 14th-century European continent, walking under the dark night. He looks like a luxurious but indifferent aristocrat.

On the bridge of his nose stood a pair of fine gold glasses and a thin chain, which made his facial features unbelievably delicate.

Even the grape stone hand string around his wrist also seems to have an inside story.

While Bai Huai helped him tie his bow tie, he said faintly, “What kind of look is that?”

    “Ah? Ohh. It’s nothing. “

Jian Songyi said that it was nothing when in truth is that he is staring over at Bai Huai’s neck, which was tightly fastened by a retro neckline. He wonders what would happen if he takes another bite.

He heard that if you drink vampire blood and get a vampire to bite you, you end up becoming a vampire.

As Jian Songyi thinks about this, he cannot help but unconsciously lick his lips.

And as if on cue, his eyes returned to Bai Huai again.

Bai Huai chuckles: “Don’t tell me you want to retake a bite?”

Jian Songyi was suddenly pierced through mentally. He hurriedly avoided Bai Huai’s line of sight and then raised his voice guiltily: “who would even want to bite you? Go away.”

With that, he gave Bai Huai a hard push.

Bai Huai grabbed his dishonest hand and coaxed him in a low voice: “Good boy, it’s not ready yet, don’t make any noise.”

“I don’t want you to do it; you go away.”

“Do you want to go on stage in disheveled clothes?”

    “I don’t…”

As soon as Bai Huai fastened the bow tie, the two boys got into a fight. They pushed and shoved each other without noticing the soft sound of something falling to the ground.

It was Yang Yue who ran up breathlessly to urge them to go down already. So Jian Songyi has no choice but obediently let Bai Huai tie his bow tie.

After fastening it, Bai Huai reached out and straightened his hair. He looked at him up and down before whispering, “Are you nervous?”

Jian Songyi is someone who has been in a big scene before: “Of course not.”

“But I’m nervous. What should I do?”

    “?”

“You look so beautiful in that suit. I think I will be distracted.”

“…..” Jian Songyi blushed furiously. “Shut up!”

Yang Yue: ‘Hmmm? Why does it feel a little weird?’ He thought to himself.

But there was no time to talk about it. He can only urge Bai Huai and Jian Songyi to wait backstage.

In fact, one of the most unanticipated programs of the festival is the performance of musical instruments, which is almost as unforeseen as the recitation of collective poems.

    Because it’s too boring.

But this time, because the performers were Jian Songyi and Bai Huai, everyone reluctantly looked forward to it.

But their performance is still scheduled for the later part of the show. So when 9’o clock hits the clock, the audience seemed to be less interested than before, especially after the first few poems recital. It was all enough to make the people feel drowsy.

Because it is a Friday night, as soon as the festival concludes the end of the performances, everyone could go straight home afterward. But some could not wait for the closure that they opted to sneak away.

The concert hall is a little lifeless.

But when the host announced: “Next, let’s invite the third-year students from Class One, Bai Huai and Jian Songyi, to play the piano repertoire for you, Liang Zhu.”

The audience slightly regained their energy and enthusiasm.

Some simply turn into nymphomaniacs while others are waiting for the two to make a fool out of themselves. And then there are those students who are simply there just for the gossip. In short, everyone is moving their muscles and bones, ready to see if it is a mule or a horse.

    The curtain slowly opened.

The stage turned out to be pitch black.

Slowly a beam of light fell on stage, hitting the two teenagers who seemed to appear out of nowhere. They gave a salute of a polite bow to the audience.

The crowd let out a low cry of surprise.

When Bai Huai and Jian Songyi stood side by side, both looked perfectly tall and slender. Not to mention the fact that the suits they’re wearing are perfectly fitted, showcasing their flat, broad shoulders, narrow waists, and long straight legs.

One is dressed in a white suit accompanied by his soft black hair. He has dark eyes and red lips. And the neat beautiful eyebrows that are slightly arched to display an arrogant and cynical youth persona. He is like a little prince raised in a noble and wealthy lifestyle from an early age, with his beauty unknown to human sufferings.

And then there’s the second man beside him. He is slightly taller, with his chestnut hair slightly pushed back meticulously. This made his perfect and cold demeanor become more evident. Thick eyebrows, pale lips, skin almost as white as the light, and that gold glasses on the bridge of his nose with thin chains to tie out the look.

The strong visual contrast made the audience feel a little restless,

However, before they could even point fingers as to who was more attractive, the light went out with a bang, which resulted in the stage being covered in darkness yet again.

Everyone was stunned in shock until they heard the soft sound of the piano being played in the background.

Along with the melody, several little butterflies suddenly flew from one side of the stage to the other. And when they reached the three-fifths of the stage, the butterflied gradually dissipated, twinkling like glitters due to the beam of light.

And due to that same beam of light, the transparent crystal piano shrouded and twinkled shallowly under it.

While the two teenagers sat together side by side in front of the piano with an elegant demeanor, four of their slender hands flew smoothly unto the keys. As a result, the poignant and graceful sound of the piano poured out, immersing everyone listening in the concert hall bit by bit.

Both are skilled with excellent timbre and tacit understanding of perfect coordination, all of which made the people enjoy the show.

However, the most commendable part is the deep love that even a layman could even feel through the melody alone. They could hear and feel about the difficulties and obstacles as if it were the two of them starring in the song as well.

At this age, there are many young people with outstanding piano skills, but not everyone can make their audiences feel feelings.

Such a deep feeling of affection touches the hearts of their listeners.

The audience settles down and listens quietly; they didn’t notice it until the song ended.

When the two of them finished playing, they did not immediately leave. The beam only started fading until the darkness once again engulfed the stage. In the darkness, they turned into pair of butterflies, and then flew away.

    After that, the curtain closed.

    It was over.

There was a brief silence from the audience, followed by warm applause.

Zhuo Luo could not help but to jump around and start screaming: “Ahhhhh! Brother Song, I love you! Master Bai,I love you! Ahhhh! Bring home the bacon!”

After he finished shouting, he realized that everyone was silent around him. Not to mention the fact that there were also parents and teachers present in the concert hall as well. He immediately shrank down in embarrassment as Lu Qi Feng hid him from the crowd.

Good-natured laughs erupted within the concert hall.

What looks good is good, and what sounds good is good after all.

    That was enough for everyone.

They’re not deaf or blind. It is undeniable that the custom-made suits, the holographic projection on the stage, and the crystal piano with a good sound all add points to their performance as well. It was the icing on the cake.

Someone recorded a video and immediately directly upload it on the spot.

[Ah ah ah!!! Why did I have to leave so early? I am so sorry for sneaking away and missing this wonderful show! This is pure heartache!]

[Money can’t pile up the art of the mediocre, but it can pile up the art of the handsomeness.]

[My god, Jian Songyi can really play the piano! He played so well! What kind of perfect man is he? The Omega he will get to end up with is so lucky! Wohooo!]

[Damn it. What kind of vampire prince did Bai Huai become? I am dead. That golden glasses of his have officially killed me.]

[Isn’t my brother Song so beautiful? Oh, why do I think that he is exceptionally more beautiful than Bai Huai? Ah, take my heart!]

[Aaah! The CP powder was resurrected in place! Master Bai, make a giant attack! Rush it! Take down the man in the little white suit!]

[I am declaring and putting the flag here! Jian Songyi and Bai Huai are not just brothers! They ate that performance! Listen to me! What an affectionate song!]

[Get married! Get married right there! Get married in those two suits! I’ll be your emcee, and crowdfunding will help you pay for the wedding reception and other fees!]

    [I’ll also donate on crowdfunding.]

    [Me too: ID Number]

    ……….

The two teenagers were resting backstage, waiting to receive the award. So they have nothing better to do but to brush through the post. While looking through the crowdfunding, Bai Huai could not help but chuckle: “You have helped the people save money.”

“Get out.” Jian Songyi said with a deep frown. “I am not in a hurry. It’s none of their business whether who I am with or what’s the status of my relationship.”

Jian Songyi is really not in a hurry but mentioned it to Bai Huai on purpose.

Bai Huai thought that Jian Songyi didn’t like being urged like this, so he said lightly, “Well, there’s really no hurry.”

Jian Songyi slid his finger against his phone screen to launch WeChat with Mrs. Tang as if nothing had happened.

Mrs. Tang: [Baby, do you want to have a party tonight?]

    Jian Songyi: [Mhmm.]

Mrs. Tang: [Then mom won’t wait for you. Mom has something to do. Mom has to go now.]

Mrs. Tang: [Your bags are here with mom. Mom will be taking it back for you so that it won’t be inconvenient for you to have a party in the evening.].

    Jian Songyi: [Okay, good.]

While Texting with his mother on WeChat, Jian Songyi pulled at his neckline and then frowned: “Do you feel hot?”

Bai Huai took off his hand: “it’s almost zero degrees. Where is the heat coming from? Don’t pull your suit; you still have to receive the award later.”

“Okay.” Jian Songyi muttered even if he still felt uncomfortable. “Why is the award still not presented?”

“It seems to be our turn now. Let’s go.”

    The awards are being presented.

They won the first prize in the musical instrument category and the most popular award.

On the other hand, they didn’t get the epic musical award for their class because their score was forcibly cut by a third because the choreography and script were too long and rigid. In the end, they only manage to take the consolation award for excellence.

When Bai Huai and Jian Songyi were about to receive their award, the people at the bottom of the stage were like uncontrollable prairie dogs screaming at the top of their lungs. Meanwhile, Yang Yue, in fear that Jian Songyi would speak his mind instructed the host not to give the microphone to him at all cost. In case he says: “I just want to say today, money can fucking pile of art.”

     Those are such pretentious words.

After all, there are still people who are not convinced.

But there’s also the fact that they received the popularity award. And to get it, the audiences voted it out on the spot. The crowd was the one that voted, so no one can say anything.

Both of them were both pulled around for a couple of pictures. After they’ve gotten finished, they barely even got free and got off stage.

But as soon as they got off the stage, a young girl came up with three big bouquets of flowers. There have two small white ones and a large green one. She handed it over to him carefully: “This is for you. This is from Jian Songyi Support Group! Congratulations to both of you!”

    Jian Songyi: “?”

‘When did I have a fucking support meeting? Why didn’t I know?’ Jian Songyi thought.

But before he could even think about it further, he was stuffed with another bunch of red roses.

The red flowers are looking very thick and pure. It’s a whole bunch without any signs of contaminants. It was wrapped in black satin paper and was much bigger than the earlier bouquets combined.

Jian Songyi raised his brows at the lady who gave it to him.

Lin Yuanyuan hurriedly explained: “The Vice President of our support association sends this for you.”

    “Vice President?”

    What is this nonsense?

“Our Vice President is your number 1 fan. He loves you very much! In fact, there’s a little card in it. Make sure to read it.”

Jian Songyi glanced over at Bai Huai sideways and saw that he has no response to it whatsoever. So, he simply smiled at Lin Yuanyuan and said, “Okay, thank you. Please tell the vice president for me that I like the roses very much.”

It doesn’t matter if he doesn’t sound sincere. With Jian Songyi’s smile, it is enough to make Lin Yuanyuan take off in her place: “Ah! The cub smiled at me! I can’t believe it!”

    Cub?

    Jian Songyi frowned evidently.

It seems strange that the little girl who reached out for him just called him cub.

Lin Yuanyuan also realized that she had accidentally uttered psychological words and was suddenly very embarrassed. Without saying a word, Lin Yuanyuan ran away, leaving Jian with a confused look on his face.

Bai Huai, next to him, chuckled. He leaned over Jian Songyi’s ear and whispered: “Cub.”

All he felt was confusion when Lin Yuanyuan called him that. Still, when Bai Huai did so, Jian Songyi could not help but feel embarrassed.

“What’s the matter being called a cub? The cub has roses. Do you have any?”

    “I don’t.”

“Well, that’s enough to show that cub is a pet name. I am cute, and I am lovable!”

With that, Jian Songyi shook his bouquet of roses in front of Bai Hau.

As a result, the card came out.

    The card says:

I have seen five thousand beautiful roses, but even if you put all of them together, they are nothing compared to you.

    –B.S.

Jian Songyi quickly tried to hide the card, but he was too late as Bai Huai picked it up for him.

Jian Songyi does not know why, but he suddenly felt guilty as he was caught fooling around with it.

Bai Huai just handed him the card and said with a smile, “Do you like it?”

He doesn’t seem to be jealous or unhappy at all.

Jian Songyi remembered that he had hinted his feelings to Bai Huai many times, yet he was still ungrateful. And now, he is not acting sour yet. This made him piss a little. “I mean, why wouldn’t I like it? Of course, I like it. I’ve never received such beautiful flowers in my life before.”

Bai Huai smiled and nodded: “I am glad that you like it.”

“And I think the vice president is very talkative.”

    “Well, I think so, too.”

    “…..”

Jian Songyi observed Bai Huai’s reaction, and he didn’t look jealous at all. And because of that, he suddenly lost his temper: “So I think it’s not impossible for us to have a chance to meet.”

    “To meet you?”

“That’s right. I am still single anyway and have no one. What’s the problem of choosing carefully?”

Jian Songyi was so naive that he almost said, “If you don’t confess your love to me now, I will run away with another guy.”

However, according to the story of the wolf, Bai Huai saw that Jian Songyi was so timid that he was afraid to frighten him again, just like what happened in the piano room wherein he pretended to mark him, so he didn’t go on.

Besides, even if Jian Songyi ran away with him or this B.S., there would be nothing wrong with that.

There’s also the fact that Jian Songyi would not even really run away since he just told him earlier that he was not in a hurry.

Nonetheless, just thinking that Jian Songyi would be really annoyed after learning that he is B.S. made Bai Huai laugh a little.

    “What are you laughing at?”

“It’s nothing. I just think that you can pick and choose well.”

Whoever he picks, Jian Songyi will still end up being with him anyway.

Jian Songyi figured out that Bai Huai was not really unhappy at all.

    So this made him unhappy.

He walked quickly outside the concert hall with a cold face and roses in his arms.

It was a cold December. While it was fully heated inside the concert hall but very different outside. But even so, Jian Songyi doesn’t think there was anything wrong with wearing his tuxedo, even if his clothes are a little grander than usual. What he did not expect, though, is that he would be freezing to death with those on.

Meanwhile, Bai Huai hurried back backstage to get Jian Songyi’s coat.

As Jian Songyi walked down the pavement, he looked back only to see that Bai Huai did not keep up with him. This made him even more upset.

Looking down at the roses in his hand, he threw them casually to the side of the road and walked quickly to the teaching building with his hands in his pockets.

Upon hearing someone running behind him, he hurriedly turned around and found that it was Yang Yue. Jian Songyi looked at him, confused: “Why are you running?”

Yang Yue gasped, “Brother Song, you look good in this, but aren’t you cold? It is zero degrees celsius now. Aren’t you afraid of catching a cold? Go back and get dressed.”

Jian Songyi looked down and realized that he was still wearing his performance suit. But it’s strange that he was not feeling cold whatsoever. In fact, he is feeling hot and dry.

However, even if he is not feeling cold, he still looks a little crazy wearing this suit in going out.

He turned around to walk back to the concert hall: “I was confused as Bai Huai left me. Is the concert hall still open?”

“All the people in the concert hall are gone, and the security guard is clearing the hall already.” Yang Yue said before gasping in realization. “But why is Master Bai angry with you? Aren’t you two fine earlier?”

“Nothing. He was just born to make people angry.”

“Brother Song, you can’t say that about Master Bai. Mr. Bai is very nice, and it’s not easy for him too.”

Jian Songyi suddenly thought of something and pretended to inadvertently ask, “Why isn’t it easy for him? Is he alright?”

“Oh, Brother Song, you don’t know? I told him before that if you knew, then you wouldn’t have gotten the full score in the comprehensive science exam last night.”

Jian Songyi arched his left eyebrow and said, “What is there to know?”

“That is, Master Bai said that as long as he was not at the top of his grade, he would have to go back to Beicheng to study liberal arts. So speaking of which, Brother Song, why are you so good at the ensemble? You even forced Master Bai to get up at five in the morning just to be the first in our grade. Oh, Brother Song, where are you going?”

Jian Songyi ignored him and walked briskly to the concert hall.

Yang Yue scratched his head and felt as if he had said the wrong thing. He caught a glimpse of the bouquet of roses by the side of the road, picked it up carefully, and escorted it back to the classroom.

Jian Songyi was in such a hurry that he didn’t feel cold at all. He felt so hot and dry that he wanted to lose his temper in an instant.

He knew that Bai Huai and Bai Han seemed to have made an agreement, and he could feel that it made the pressure on Bai Huai much greater than before. But when he saw that Bai Huai stayed in Nancheng, he did not ask about it.

But unexpectedly, Bai Huai, that son of a bitch, dared to agree to such a condition and not tell him.

No, it’s not that he didn’t tell him. Bai Huai said that he would tell him later but after when? After failing to pass being the top of their grade, he is about to return to Beicheng gloomily? Can’t he just tell him to get out of the way so that he can take the position?

What would happen if Jian Songyi has such a good ensemble that he accidentally gets the first rank? When his boyfriend leaves, who will he go cry to?

No wonder he realized that Bai Huai no longer mention anything about the confirmation of their relationship. He must be preparing to leave Nancheng at any time.

    This guy might run.

The more he thought about it, the angrier he became.

When he saw Bai Huai coming head-on, he was so angry that he went up and punched him in his chest.

But in the end, Jian Songyi doesn’t have the heart to go all out heavily, so his punch only falls gently.

Instead of questioning him immediately, Bai Huai put his coat over Jian Songyi’s shoulder first: “Why aren’t you happy?”

Jian Songyi was already feeling hot, and the coat wrapped around him only made him feel more desirable. He pulled it down directly and threw it back to Bai Huai. “Son of a bitch! You, liar!” he yelled viciously.

    Bai Huai: “?”

“You said you would never leave without repeating a word.”

    “I’m not leaving.”

“No, my ass! Who do you despise? I am a genius in science. I can get full marks every time I want to. Can you make sure that you get full marks every time? “

Knowing what Jian Songyi was angry with, Bai Huai unfolded his coat and wrapped it around him again. “Don’t worry, I have my own measure,” Bai Huai said softly.

“You have your own measure, my ass! You didn’t tell me because you feared I’d give way to you in the exam. Is your face more important than mine? And you don’t want to be with me because you think you will leave anytime? “

Bai Huai did not know how Jian Songyi came to this conclusion. He pulled the coat’s lapel and held him inside: “Why don’t I want to be with you?”

Jian Songyi was so hot that he tugged at his wrist and tried to rip himself off him. But then, he was caught by the string on Bai Huai’s wrist. Jian Songyi also bets that Bai Huai will eventually return that bracelet to him. Still, he found out that only the string was left on the bracelet.

The thin string that should have held the grape stone in the middle was broken.

The grape stone was not there anymore.

And Jian Songyi clearly remembered that it was still there when Bai Huai tied his own bow tie.

He didn’t wait to think about it as he heard the sound of the locking door. Jian Songyi cursed, “Fuck” and then ran quickly to the small door behind the art gym.

Nanwai often has art students’ practice on weekends, and there are cleaners cleaning up at 5: 00 in the morning. If he doesn’t find it today, he may not be able to find it there tomorrow.

That’s the luck he gave Bai Huai, and he can’t lose it.

Thinking that Jian Songyi had left something behind, Bai Huai hurriedly followed to coax him: “What are you looking for? Tell me, and I’ll help you find it.”

“Son of a bitch!” Jian Songyi scolded him. He turned on his flashlight and bent over to look for it carefully in the background, inch by inch.

“Fine, fine. I am a son of a bitch.” Bai Huai followed him. “But tell me what you lost first, will you.”

Jian Songyi wanted to unleash his temper on him, but he tried to find it as soon as possible first. He pursed his lips and said angrily, “You didn’t even notice that your own grape stone fell.”

Bai Huai really did not realize it since the cuff of his suit was too large.

So Jian Songyi suddenly started yelling at him and stopped scolding him just to search for his superstitious little gift.

Bai Huai suddenly felt that Jian Songyi could call himself a son of a bitch.

He coaxed in a low voice, “Go home first and come back tomorrow, will you?”

“No, what if the cleaning lady throws it away tomorrow morning?”

Bai Huai paused, “Then you can find it with me.”

Jian Songyi loosely pushed him away: “Don’t hug me, it’s hot. And I’m looking for my own stuff. Why do you even care? “

The heating in the concert hall has been turned off, and Bai Huai has no idea why Jian Songyi is still feeling hot.

Bai Huai really didn’t feel his skin cold, so he let him, thinking that he would help him put on his clothes when he was already feeling cold.

He also turned on his flashlight and looked for it.

But they looked all over backstage and on the stage and still couldn’t find it.

Jian Songyi is starting to get anxious, along with the feeling of being stuffy and hot. He tore off his bow tie and threw it on the ground just so he could loosen his necktie.

Bai Huai looked at the bow tie and suddenly thought of something: “Let’s go to the piano room.”

Jian Songyi loosely remembered that it might have been broken when they were in the piano room as Bai Huai helped him with his trouble from earlier.

They immediately turned around and walked toward the stairs.

In the ordinary four-story staircase, Jian Songyi felt that he was so tired today since he was already so hot and soaked in sweat. But he went straight to the piano room, crouched on the ground, and looked for it still.

If Jian Songyi did not say a word to Bai Huai, then Bai Huai could not coax him. He can only let him search for it and then light the edge with one hand while the other protects Jian Songyi’s head.

Fortunately, Jian Songyi finally found the grape stone under the piano.

Jian Songyi did not return it to Bai Huai. Instead, he just tucked it over his pocket. He stood up as he was ready to leave.

But then he suddenly fell dizzy that he fell into Bai Huai’s arms.

With his head against Bai Huai’s shoulder, his glands are completely exposed to him while his heat also passes unto him.

Bai Huai clasped his hand and whispered, “I smell roses.”

“Oh, you may have smelled it because I’ve been holding the roses given to me. What happened? Jealous?” Jian Songyi pushed him away cynically.

However, before the word ‘jealous’ could be uttered, a hot current suddenly leaped out from the place where the tailbone originated, instantly diffusing through all the limbs and then triggering a spasm at the neck.

Uncontrollably, he fell back into Bai Huai’s arms and held unto Bai Huai’s waist.

From above his head came a helpless sigh from Bai Huai: “Jian Songyi, do you really think I’m Liu Xiahui?”
