Chapter 2
byChapter 2
"What's so surprising?" Su Su leaned against the glass wall, her eyes darting around, searching for something she could use as a weapon.
What the hell, what kind of deranged, trashy plot is this?
If he dares to force himself on her, she’ll bash his head in.
She scanned the room but found nothing within sight that could be used to knock someone out—except for the porcelain soup bowl on the table!
Tao Youming watched as her eyes darted like a scheming fox, clearly plotting something.
He knew Su Su better than anyone—once she set her mind on something, she’d move heaven and earth to get it.
Today, she had the moral high ground, and there was no way she’d let him off so easily.
She must be plotting some outrageous demand.
So, Tao Youming reached out, planting his hands on the wall on either side of her shoulders, his gaze mocking. "Weren’t you dying to sleep with me lately?"
"Now that I’m stripped bare, why the sudden change of heart?" He raised a hand to caress her face.
Su Su instinctively swatted his hand away. "No reason. I just don’t want to anymore."
She quickly ducked under his outstretched arm and tried to escape, but before she could take a single step, he clamped down on her wrist tightly.
"Then why are you running?" Tao Youming pulled her toward the bed. "Playing hard to get?"
Her wrist ached from his grip. Su Su sucked in a sharp breath and yanked her hand free. "I’m not playing games. I said no, and I mean it."
Tao Youming barked a laugh. This was truly unexpected!
He dragged her to the bed and shoved her away abruptly. "Really don’t want to?"
Su Su stumbled back from the force, bumping into the edge of the bed before collapsing onto it.
Seeing him step forward, she jolted upright, but in an instant, he pushed her down and pinned her beneath him.
The sudden closeness made Su Su’s heart pound erratically, her body trembling uncontrollably.
"Get off me," she gasped, trapped beneath him.
"Look at you…" Tao Youming smirked, tweaking her earlobe lightly. "Your face is red, your ears are hot, and your body’s shaking. Still saying you don’t want it?"
In your dreams!
Su Su gritted her teeth, furious. This damn smutty novel—wrecking her future!
"Your mouth says no, but your body’s being awfully honest." Tao Youming lowered his head, admiring her reactions as his fingers trailed from her jawline to her collar.
He hooked a finger under her clothes.
Su Su seized his hand, then suddenly jerked her knee up, striking him hard between the legs. "Screw off, you creep!"
A sharp pain exploded from his lower abdomen. Tao Youming howled in agony, his body going slack as he collapsed onto her.
His full weight pressed down, nearly squashing her flat.
"Get off me!" She shoved at him frantically. "If you don’t move, I won’t hold back!"
Sensing another attack coming, Tao Youming gritted through the excruciating crotch pain and clamped his legs around hers, glaring. "Su Su, you ruthless witch!"
"Can’t have me, so you aim for my balls?!" His face flushed, eyes bulging with rage. "You’d rather burn the bridge than settle for a tile!"
Su Su could barely breathe under him. Just as she opened her mouth to retort, a knock sounded at the door.
It swung open moments later, and from the corner of her eye, she saw several people enter.
At the sight of them, Su Su exhaled in relief and pushed at Tao Youming again. "Get up!"
The newcomers froze at the sight of the two on the bed—him on top of her.
"Tao Youming, did you call me here to watch you two go at it?" The man at the front spoke.
Dressed in a crisp shirt and slacks, with gold-rimmed glasses and neatly styled hair, he looked every bit the refined gentleman.
Hearing him call out "Tao Youming," Su Su blinked in shock. That name was way too familiar—it had to be from a novel she’d read recently!
And the novel she’d read wasn’t some trashy erotica!
Yang Fenfang quickly stepped forward. "Third Young Master, please get up so Dr. Zheng can examine Miss Su."
If they delayed any longer and this young lady decided to report today’s incident to the family head, the Third Young Master’s credit cards would surely be cut off again.
Tao Youming finally lifted himself off her with a grunt.
The moment his weight disappeared, the pressure in Su Su’s stomach rushed upward, clearing her mind like a sudden epiphany.
Yes. She had really transmigrated into a novel.
Not some cheap erotica, but a campus romance she’d read not long ago.
In this story, the female lead was porcelain-skinned and doe-eyed, delicate, and adorable—petite with a slender waist and top-tier academic skills.
The male lead, meanwhile, was chiseled and smoldering—a delinquent genius who’d lay down his life for the female lead.
And she? She had transmigrated into the wealthy heiress who shared her name—a villainess worth billions.
Though she couldn’t hold a candle to the female lead, this young miss was still elegant and tall, the apple of their eye and sole heir of the Su family.
With such a privileged background, she was, of course, the story’s wicked villainess.
This villainess did everything except good deeds, existing solely to highlight the female lead’s kindness and righteousness.
Naturally, her ending was predictably grim—despised and abandoned by all.
And the man lying beside her now was her fiancé—Tao Youming, whom the original host had tricked into an engagement by raping him while drunk and faking a pregnancy!
Tao Youming, twenty-four, was the newly appointed CEO of the Tao Group—though in name only, as he was really just a spoiled playboy.
Earlier that evening, the original host had returned to their shared villa after school to find him asleep. She’d tried to steal a kiss, only for him to wake up unexpectedly, leading to this mess.
And now, Su Su—who was living on borrowed time daily—had transmigrated into this mess.
"Miss Su…" Yang Fenfang waved a hand in front of her dazed face. "Could you sit up so Dr. Zheng can examine you?"
Su Su snapped out of it and sat up, waving them off as she blossomed into a radiant smile. "No need. I’m perfectly fine—no examination necessary."
"Examine him," she said, pointing at Tao Youming, whose hands were still resting near his groin. "I accidentally bumped into him just now."
Tao Youming gritted his teeth and glared at her, his voice tinged with irritation. "Check if Miss Su has brain damage!"
Su Su shot him a sidelong glance and curled her lips slightly. "Or... perhaps you should be examined first?"
"I'm fine, you go first!"
"I'm fine too, you first?"
"You first!"
"You first?"
Listening to their back-and-forth, Zheng Zhiyu cut in, "You two keep arguing. I'll come back later."
"No need, Dr. Zheng," Su Su quickly stood up. "I'm perfectly fine."
She then turned to Tao Youming with a faint smile. "I’ll just use the bathroom first."
Su Su dashed away from the group and entered the bathroom.
The spacious, luxurious bathroom was brilliantly illuminated, the polished marble surfaces gleaming under the light. Su Su stood in front of the mirror and studied her reflection.
The reflection showed a delicate face—arched willow-leaf brows, slender phoenix eyes that seemed to smile even when she didn’t. Her expression was kindly amiable, making Su Su doubt she could really be the villainess.
She touched her face—it was warm. Pressing a hand to her chest, she felt her heart beating.
This was all real. She was now a billionaire heiress!
From a destitute commoner to a wealthy socialite overnight—Su Su couldn’t find the words to describe how she felt.
In short, she had hit the jackpot. No more scraping by, no more debts dogging her steps!
Life, at this moment, was absolutely wonderful!
Suddenly, a knock came from the door. "Su, are you done yet?"
It was Tao Youming’s voice.
Su Su straightened up, touching her face again, when a thought struck her.
Tao Youming didn’t like the original owner of this body, so naturally, he wouldn’t like her either.
So, with all this money, status, and youth on her side—what use did she have for a fiancé now?
