    Chapter Twenty-Seven: Intrusion

In that instant, Yun Zi'an suddenly understood. The bells, the wishes, were nothing but covers for the obscene truth: this game was actually about these wealthy young masters and celebrities seeking partners for sexual encounters.

"Sorry." Yun Zi'an grabbed the hand and twisted the fingers harshly backward, sneering coldly, "And who do you think you are?"

However, Yun Zi'an never expected that the finger he grabbed would be fake. He stared, almost stupefied, at the leather glove in his hand and the artificial finger it contained.

A low laugh sounded again in the darkness, "Quite fiery, aren't you?"

Yun Zi'an frowned deeply, lifting his head to look. Illuminated by the relatively clear moonlight from the window, he could make out a tall man leaning against the wall, arms crossed. Dressed in a hunting coat, he seemed to have some Northern heritage, with deep-set eyes that added a shadowy intensity to his gaze. He appeared to be in his forties.

The man removed his hat and nodded slightly towards him, "Fu Liangjun."

"I don't care what your name is." Yun Zian's attitude was extremely cold, yet his mind raced to recall where he had heard the name before. Seeing the man's demeanor, he knew he was no mere pretty face like Qin Shi, "Get out."

"Clean, are you?" Fu Liangjun seemed indifferent to Yun Zian's anger. He showed a left little finger, cleanly severed at the base, leaving a grotesque scar. Holding a cigarette between his middle and index finger, he appraised Yun Zian with interest, "I haven't been back to the country in a long time, didn’t know there was such a beauty like you."

"My beauty is my own business," Yun Zian retorted with a mocking smile, "What does it have to do with you?"

Fu Liangjun advanced another step, towering over him, repeating his question, "I'm asking if you're clean. Answer me properly."

Yun Zian couldn’t believe such arrogant and conceited people existed. His tongue slid around in his mouth, licking his canine teeth, infuriated like never before.

He lowered his head, chuckling softly, then leaned in close to the man's neck, his voice full of challenge and disdain, "I have a man."

"And he’s much bigger than you."

“Oh?” Fu Liangjun wasn’t angered but seemed even more intrigued. He stepped closer, bending down to whisper in Yun Zian's ear, "How do you know I'm not bigger than him if you don't try?"

This comment utterly infuriated Yun Zian. He turned to leave, no longer wishing to engage with this madman, but his wrist was abruptly grabbed from behind.

"Where are you going?" Fu Liangjun, seemingly used to taking what he wanted without considering the consequences, smirked playfully, "Afraid I won't satisfy you?"

Suddenly, he extended the hand holding the cigarette, brushing Yun Zian's cheek with it. As Yun Zian recoiled in disgust, Fu Liangjun took the opportunity to touch his lips, forcibly inserting the cigarette butt into his mouth, "Be good, try it."

The strong taste of the cigarette instantly told Yun Zian it was deliberate. But unwilling to cough out tears in front of such a beast, giving him the satisfaction of amusement, he gripped Fu Liangjun's hand tightly. His light-colored eyes were now sharply menacing. He slowly crushed the burning cigarette in his palm, the air filling with the scorching scent of blood, "Get the hell away from me—!"

Before his words even finished, he suddenly pulled out a hairpin binding his hair, nearly slashing it along Fu Liangjun's carotid artery, the sharp end embedding fiercely into the wall.

Blood splattered suddenly, catching Fu Liangjun off guard. He staggered back several steps, retreating to the doorway.

At that moment, someone in the corridor excitedly shouted, “The bell has been found!”

Accompanied by the sizzling of electric currents, the villa's lights flickered back on, one by one. Fu Liangjun glanced outside the door, a look of regret on his face, “What a pity.”

Before leaving, he gave Yun Zian a deep look, “Darling, I’ll remember you.”

A few minutes after Fu Liangjun's departure, Yun Zian collapsed onto the bed, gasping for air. He glanced at the blood-stained hairpin in his hand, frowned in disgust, and carelessly wiped the blood on the bedsheet.

Meanwhile, the front door of the Wei family villa was kicked open, the security's panicked shouts mixing with firm footsteps, “Mr. Rong! You can't just barge in like this!”

Rong Xiao, wearing a suit, glanced at the flustered butler who hurried to greet him and immediately asked, “Where’s Wei Qiu?”

“Well…” The butler found himself in a difficult position, “Mr. Rong, this is the Wei family villa, you can't just...”

“It doesn’t matter if he’s not here.” Rong Xiao wasn’t familiar with Wei Qiu and didn’t care much about his host status, “Tell him I helped myself.”

After saying this, he ascended the stairs. When Yun Zian sent him the video, he had already tracked the phone signal. His exceptional sense of direction and spatial awareness led him accurately to the third floor, even though he had never been to this villa before.

Unable to pinpoint the exact location, he decided to kick down every door, room by room. With a thorough search, he was bound to find someone.

He wanted to ask Yun Zian face to face, “I'm at home feeding your dog with dignity, and what are you up to?”

“Who are you showing off your curves for???”

When the door was kicked open with a loud thud, the ash from Yun Zian's cigarette was shaken off. Seeing who was at the door, his pupils shook dramatically, finding it unbelievable, “Rong Xiao?”

Rong Xiao didn't respond immediately, instead frowning at the foul, fishy smell that hit him. When he saw Yun Zi'an, with his hair disheveled, sitting on the crumpled bed, and the stark red of blood on the pristine white sheets.

His voice turned deeper almost immediately, even with a hint of anger, "What are you doing?"

Rong Xiao's questioning tone made Yun Zi'an's eyebrows furrow tighter, and the anger from his earlier encounter hadn't faded. Almost reflexively, he retorted back at Rong Xiao with a laugh, "Can't you tell?"

He leisurely exhaled a thick cloud of smoke towards Rong Xiao, "Having a post-coital cigarette."

Rong Xiao had never been as infuriated as he was now, almost grinding his teeth, "Yun Zi'an... Are you so desperate for a man?"

Before Yun Zi'an could respond, Rong Xiao suddenly hoisted him up. The head-down sensation made him cry out in shock, "Rong Xiao, what the hell are you doing?"

"What am I doing?" Rong Xiao carried him as easily as if he was a sack, chuckling, "I'm going to take you."

"Until you can't make a sound."

Shocking! The little star and the big shot are actually doing this!

I hate how mc just walks into these situations. He has no damn awareness and then instead of explaining himself so he isn’t further misunderstood by ml he just plays along. They’re both fucking stupid and need to open their mouths and SPEAK TO EACH OTHER
