Chapter 94
by 商初透Chapter 94
Outside the window, the bright moon hung high, quietly draping a serene silver veil over the earth, gentle and beautiful.
Until a prolonged, incessant sound broke the stillness. The startled branches trembled without wind, swaying and rustling, shaking off mottled fragments of moonlight that scattered across the ground.
Listening closely, the sound came from indoors.
First came a continuous, faint clinking—like the clink of metal striking together. Then a barely audible sound of breathing, a sound so faint it would make anyone who heard it blush and feel their heart race.
Moonlight quietly crept into the room, falling upon the intertwined figures on the bed.
The golden chain came into use, one end fastened to the foot of the bed, the other bound around someone's ankle.
The calf wrapped in the chain rested on a broad shoulder, the chain swinging with each movement, clattering, occasionally hitting the bare, scratch-marked muscular back.
Besides that, handcuffs were also used—one cuff locked around a relatively slender fair wrist, the other around a sturdy wrist, binding the two together, making it hard to separate them.
The chain cast a shadow on the wall, suddenly pulling taut into a straight line, then clattering down, curving softly, becoming limp.
Song Nian stared with unfocused eyes, dazedly at the ceiling, its shadows shifting, his thoughts drifting.
Only then did he truly realize how formidable Li Yanchuan's stamina was.
He already had astonishing physical strength and explosive endurance, and now it was like sparks landing on dry grass, instantly igniting a wildfire that quickly spread out of control.
And although Song Nian had read extensively in earlier years and knew various theoretical concepts, he had never put it into practice. When he finally gathered the courage to try it out, it only ended up backfiring on him.
Perhaps this was truly playing with fire.
He was the one who lit the spark, and he was the one who ended up suffering the consequences.
Trapped in a self-imposed prison, no matter how hard he struggled with his last ounce of strength, instinctively trying to escape, he was always limited to a fixed range, then easily caught and pulled back.
—Of course, the spots where the collar and shackles held his ankles and neck were padded with soft cloth, so there were no injuries.
But still, even in his dazed state, their hands, cuffed together, remained interlaced, as if unwilling to separate.
The restraints were not restrictions, but rather proof of their bond.
The once smooth bedsheet was now wrinkled and messy.
Song Nian's fair skin was equally marked—his joints, the corners of his eyes, and the tip of his nose were all flushed red, as if he had just stepped out of a hot bath. His whole body was pink and radiating heat.
In the end, his mind grew hazy, and he was almost ready to lose consciousness and fall asleep.
But he had to admit, this kind of tangled embrace, filled with strong possessiveness, was exceptionally exhilarating.
For the first time, he discovered he actually liked this kind of play.
So, could he try it more often in the future?
Lost in pleasure, he thought dazedly.
"Don’t zone out."
Just as his thoughts were wandering, his cheek was bitten lightly but firmly, leaving a neat ring of teeth marks.
Song Nian hissed, looked up, and unexpectedly met Li Yanchuan's dangerously wolfish eyes.
Sharp, blazing, and full of possessiveness.
For a moment, he was stunned, swallowing hard.
But to Li Yanchuan, this blank expression looked like Song Nian was still distracted, so he frowned.
The next second, Song Nian felt the world spin. When his vision refocused, he found himself being lifted onto the man's lap, in a face-down position.
Before he could ask, a crisp slapping sound answered him.
There was almost no pain in that particular area, but along with the loud smack came an immense sense of shame.
Yet upon savoring it, along with that, there was an indescribable feeling of satisfaction.
He really must be losing his mind.
Blushing even more, Song Nian thought dazedly.
Li Yanchuan had only intended to give a light punishment, but noticing the person under him didn't move, he paused, thinking Song Nian disliked this kind of play, and quickly turned him back over to check.
Unexpectedly, what met his eyes was Song Nian's even more flushed face, his moist eyes sparkling as if they held light.
"You... do you hate it?"
Vaguely realizing something, Li Yanchuan's breathing grew heavy.
"It's okay... we can try more of this."
Shyly avoiding his gaze, Song Nian whispered what he truly wanted.
As the words fell, they shattered their already tenuous self-control, ushering in an even more intense second half.
Li Yanchuan tenderly kissed the scar on Song Nian's forehead, then gently captured his soft lips;
Song Nian's legs wrapped around the man's waist, one arm around his neck, the other hand interlaced with his.
Two cautious souls were finally willing to reveal their imperfect sides, and in each other's eyes, all flaws could be accepted, all imperfections could be overlooked.
They were such perfect partners.
In every way, every detail, a match made in heaven.
The commotion in the bedroom lasted all night, only ending when the sky began to lighten with the pale gray of dawn.
Too tired to even lift his eyelids, Song Nian lay back lazily, waiting to be taken care of, letting Li Yanchuan carry him to the bathroom to clean up.
When he was clean and placed on the fresh sheets, he yawned widely, about to turn over and sleep, but a sturdy arm pulled him back and held him close.
"Is there anything else you want for your birthday gift?"
With an affectionate kiss, Li Yanchuan leaned close to his ear and asked in a low voice.
Too sleepy to even answer, Song Nian impatiently slapped the man's solid chest.
"What are you mumbling about? If you have nothing to do, go fry me two dishes and slip me twenty thousand bucks."
He muttered without any real anger, then flopped down and fell into a deep sleep.
Leaving Li Yanchuan standing there, staring at his sleeping face with a silent, amused smile for a long time.
He lowered his eyelashes, having already made up his mind.
Then he pressed a gentle kiss on his lover's lips, pulled him into his arms to lie down, but did not fall asleep. Instead, he quietly awaited the arrival of morning.
————
Exhausted, Song Nian slept deeply. He could have slept until waking naturally, but in a half-awake state, a soft murmur at his ear woke him up:
"Baby, can you get up and sign something?"
"What is it?"
Forced to get up from his dream, he couldn't even open his eyes, only struggling to crack them open a slit and looking over blankly.
— Actually, he didn't want to wake up, but the magnetic "baby" sounded so warm, gentle enough to melt into. Even though not fully awake, his earlobes blushed without him realizing.
"Sign these places."
The person sitting by the bed didn't answer, but handed him a pen and then a piece of paper with something on it.
With sleepy eyes still clouded, Song Nian didn't even look carefully at what it was. Lulled by the repeated "baby," he even forgot to be grumpy about being woken up and groggily followed the instructions, signing his name in the designated places.
He thought it would end quickly, but who would have expected that after signing many names it still wasn't over? He tossed the pen down, rubbed his eyes, and grumbled.
"One last one, be good, sign it then go back to sleep, baby."
This time, besides the gentle "baby," there was also a soft kiss. Appeased, Song Nian was dazed, then obediently and adorably took the pen again and signed the last name.
"Sleep now, call me when you wake up."
Once tucked back into bed, too wiped out to ask why the other had rushed out the door, he yawned and went back to sleep.
Not until noon did he, after sleeping enough, properly wake up.
Looking around the room and not seeing Li Yanchuan, Song Nian muttered a few words and pushed the covers aside to get out of bed.
But as soon as his feet touched the ground, his lower body seemed to have lost sensation; his knees buckled and he thudded to the floor.
His butt hurt, his waist hurt, his knees hurt—everything hurt.
No help for it—he had been really worn out last night, and he had been too easily swayed by his lover's good looks, obediently following every instruction.
He sat on the floor in defeat, and when he heard the door open, he turned his head with a look of total grievance.
Meeting that brooding gaze, Li Yanchuan was taken aback, quickly stepped forward, scooped him up in his arms and carried him back to bed, then dutifully rubbed his waist and legs.
"Is there anywhere else that's uncomfortable?"
Having gotten a little too rough last night, the culprit felt a rare pang of guilt.
"I'm sore everywhere."
Recalling their conversation that morning, Song Nian pouted and said, his gaze constantly sweeping over the other, trying to sound casual.
"Ahem, unless you call me that a few more times."
Getting the hint, Li Yanchuan smiled, leaned in and kissed his earlobe:
"Nian Nian, good baby, darling, I'll call you whatever you want."
"I love you so much."
Once he opened up, with no other factors to worry about, his overwhelming love burst forth like a flood breaking through a dam. Even the most composed person became clingy.
Feeling like he was floating from all the coaxing, Song Nian leaned on his shoulder, nuzzling his head into his shoulder, and suddenly remembered what woke him up:
"Hey, what was it you had me sign this morning?"
Not that he thought the other would harm him, he was just curious what needed his signature so early in the morning.
Hearing this, Li Yanchuan didn't speak, but pulled a stack of contracts from a file bag:
"These are all the assets I own, including stocks, securities, and real estate."
Not surprised by his wealth, Song Nian remained unfazed seeing the huge pile of paperwork, and even let out a leisurely yawn.
But when he saw that each one corresponded to a gift contract, his eyes went wide.
And on each contract, his own signature was clearly visible.
— "Donee: Song Nian"
Could all this be what I signed this morning?
"Mm, now all these assets are registered under your name."
Li Yanchuan nodded, confirming his question.
Not only did it include various funds and securities under his name, but also partial shareholdings in the Li Corporation, and even comprehensively included several estates, mansions, luxury cars, and a batch of jewelry.
"Why, why are you giving me all this?"
Not expecting that a few casual signatures would yield such valuable items, Song Nian's hand trembled, his mouth fell open, and he wanted to take it back and return them.
But Li Yanchuan seemed to read his mind, held his hand, and gently kissed the back of it.
"Don't return them, please keep them. I want to give them to you voluntarily."
He lowered his eyes and said softly, his sincere expression no less than a confession.
"This is my first time in a relationship. I have no experience, and I have nothing but money. I don't know what else I can give you."
"I want to take everything I own and hold it out to you with both hands."
Even if it were the moon in the sky, I would pluck it down for you.
Like a devotee willing to offer everything, giving all just to win a smile from a god.
