It's really amazing. I started with the animation and then moved on to the novel. Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji have such great personalities, and I absolutely adore them. The banter between Jiang Cheng and Wei Ying always makes me laugh uncontrollably. I also like Lady Yu; although her strong personality leads to marital discord, her pride in her family is truly admirable. Especially in the animated version, the line "I'll teach you the hierarchy, I am the superior, and you are the inferior" is totally badass!
