    Chapter 96

The car sped away from the palace as darkness quickly fell.

After seeing Yi Ye off, the three Alphas returned to the bedroom, the air still thick with the stench of the Tenth Seat's arousal. Kaiser stepped behind the barely alive old man, grabbed his hair, and smashed his head violently into the wall. The brutal impact left a deep, jagged dent in the wall, the flesh and blood a gruesome tangle.

Bush Meihua shut the door, glanced at the heap of bodies nearby, and warned Kaiser, "Don’t kill him. He’s still the Tenth Seat. It’ll be trouble for us if this gets out."

Kaiser responded with another brutal strike.

He glanced over to where Eugene was chewing on a cigarette, his eyes locked on the Tenth Seat as if he were already a corpse. Bush Meihua hadn’t expected Eugene to show up. Bai Chuan, Kaiser, Ling Pei... and now Eugene. The one he was after must have some serious pull to attract all these moths to the flame.

Kaiser released his bloodied hand and shot Eugene a look, silently questioning Bush Meihua about his presence.

"Mind your own business," Eugene sneered. "I’m not here to gossip."

    "...What about the others?"

The Tenth Seat, barely clinging to life, had his brain nearly bashed out, his limbs and mouth convulsing uncontrollably.

"Burn him," Eugene said, exhaling smoke, as casually as if he were squashing a bug. He’d been itching to burn someone lately, just for the hell of it.

Kaiser, despite his dislike for Eugene, nodded in agreement.

    "Burning him won’t cut it."

The youth, the third son of the Chief Justice of Alinya, raised on the empire’s laws and expected to be a paragon of virtue, nodded and said, "With so many witnesses, killing a few won’t stop the rumors. We’ll have to wipe out Shengkangsi Hall entirely and leave no trace."

He turned and pulled out his terminal. "Get in touch with Anz Green from the Green family. It’s time for a new Tenth Seat."

    *

    It’s so hot... so itchy...

Yi Ye’s eyes fluttered open, and he realized he was still cradled in Bai Chuan’s arms. The door creaked open, followed by the frantic barking of a robotic dog.

    "Are we back?"

    "Put me... down..."

He shoved Bai Chuan aside and stumbled to his feet. The drug was kicking in; his body burned as if dipped in molten lava, sweat pouring down, something writhing deep in his bones. A hollow craving surged through his veins, desperate to be satisfied.

Bai Chuan stood before him, the spots he’d touched earlier still tingling with coolness. That gnawing emptiness was soothed by the touch, leaving him helplessly addicted. His instincts screamed that Bai Chuan was his only lifeline. Yet he gritted his teeth, his eyes wet, locked on Bai Chuan as he stumbled backward, step by step.

    "No..."

Blood seeped from his cracked lips.

This wasn’t normal, nor should it be.

His body, on the verge of collapse, crashed into the dining table. The vase and dishes slid to the floor, shattering into pieces! Bai Chuan, with urgency, stepped over the fragments and moved closer. Yi Ye’s pupils contracted, and he suddenly took a big step back, turning and running into the bathroom like a startled bird.

The door was locked from the inside.

Bai Chuan’s voice came from outside: "Yi Ye! You can’t keep holding it in!"

"Leave me alone..." he gritted his teeth, his voice so hoarse it was almost unrecognizable. "I... just need some cold water... Bai Chuan... don’t look at me..."

The unfamiliar stimulation filled him with fear and unease. He would rather be standing in front of a swarm of insects, at least able to find a way out with a weapon in hand. But the current state of being forcibly aroused left him with no idea how to vent his frustration. That deep craving to be forcefully taken was terrifying... and repulsive...

Cold water poured down on him. He hung his head, leaning against the corner of the bathroom, his face pale, his body pressed tightly against the marble wall. His shirt and pants were soaked, clinging to his slender, frail frame.

His body and mind felt like they were being ripped apart, trapped between ice and fire, with unbearable pain radiating from his bones to his brain.

The noise outside the door had faded away at some point, but that was okay; it gave him time, and he was sure he could pull through.

If it got really bad, he could just knock himself out with a stick. After all, you can’t react when you’re unconscious, right? He let out a bitter laugh, trying to comfort himself.

However, the pent-up emotions were like adding fuel to the fire, the intensity skyrocketed, snapping the threads of rationality one by one. He could only try to ease it, but as someone who rarely even touched himself, he could only resort to brute force, treating himself roughly, with no finesse or tenderness.

    It was unbearable...

He closed his eyes, feeling like he might die right there.

Amid the relentless sound of water, a loud bang on the door shattered the silence. Yi Ye’s eyes fluttered open, and the next moment, the showerhead above him was turned off. A warm chest pressed against him, pulling him into an embrace.

    "Let go..."

He panted softly, leaning into Bai Chuan’s chest, his words unclear whether he was sobbing or genuinely asking Bai Chuan to let go. But his hands were too weak, and his pushing was more like a feeble protest.

"I won’t touch anywhere else, just let me help you, okay?"

Yi Ye shook his head in a daze.

"You’ve helped me before. You help me once, and I’ll help you once," Bai Chuan soothed him gently. "It’s only fair, brother."

    Fair?

Yi Ye’s mind was foggy, and he couldn’t even begin to grasp what fairness meant here. But he was reaching his breaking point. Even if his rational mind told him it was wrong, his survival instinct was stronger. The last bit of shame made him grip Bai Chuan’s clothes tightly, "Don’t… look at me…"

    "Okay," Bai Chuan replied hoarsely.

In a dizzying moment, he was suddenly lifted and carried, his legs wrapping around Bai Chuan, water trails trailing all the way to the bedroom bed. He was gently placed on the bed, then adjusted to sit back against Bai Chuan’s chest.

The room’s temperature control system cycled on, cool air descending from the vents.

The wet shirt would make him catch a cold if he kept it on, so it was replaced with a light blanket, wrapping him up tightly like a little dumpling.

But soon, the little dumpling shivered.

    "*"

    "Wait, wait!"

He suddenly grabbed Bai Chuan’s arm, his nails digging into the flesh, his scalp tingling.

    "Brother, are you almost done?"

After saying this, he was pressed down firmly with a fingertip.

He arched his back in shock, struggling to escape, sparks bursting before his eyes, his vision suddenly white!

    "*"

The mattress was soaked, water squeezing out with a pinch, and the air was filled with an embarrassing scent.

Yi Ye gasped for breath, his voice hoarse as he asked urgently, "The drug’s effects are over… right?"

He desperately wanted an answer, but Bai Chuan didn’t speak.

The other silently withdrew his hand. As it passed by his nose, Yi Ye caught a whiff of his own scent, making him feel ashamed. He couldn’t see Bai Chuan’s movements, but the chest behind him rose and fell slowly, and the sound of swallowing could be heard.

    "Bai Chuan...?"

No sooner had the words left his mouth than the drug's effects began to surge back.

A specially developed drug, not yet available on the market. Yi Ye was its first user. If it didn't work, he'd be drenched all night until it wore off. But Yi Ye didn't know the terror of this drug. He bolted upright in shock, and Bai Chuan's hand fell back again.

"The night's still young, I'll take it slow with you, bro."

Yi Ye blinked open his bleary eyes, hearing Bai Chuan calmly utter words that were downright terrifying.

Soon, it was hard to tell if it was agony or ecstasy.

Yi Ye had always thought of himself as straight, but he had to admit, Bai Chuan was just too skilled. Even when his mind was no longer clear, couldn't even add one plus one, subconsciously he had to admit...

    This person... is really good.

He was too weak to resist, even when Bai Chuan secretly lifted him face to face, he could only murmur a faint 'no' before collapsing back.

Face-to-face, they were closer, breathing and touching more. He nestled in Bai Chuan's arms like a child, half a head taller due to the position, his hands weakly encircling his neck, leaving faint red marks in his surrender.

Bai Chuan's thighs were gently pressed, he took deep breaths, closing his eyes to rein in his thoughts.

His palm glistened with moisture. Under Yi Ye's watchful eyes, he licked it clean. It was slightly salty, but mostly clean, a testament to good hygiene. After licking it clean, his hand reached to Yi Ye's face, asking in a tone that was unbearably suggestive, "Brother, do you want to taste it?"

"How can you... it's so disgusting... ah!"

Yi Ye was so furious he felt lightheaded, trembling and muttering curses in his arms, but his voice suddenly turned into a sob. The silk sheets were soaked through, oozing droplets at the slightest pressure.

    Something was touched.

"No, no..." Terrified, he clung to Bai Chuan's neck, desperately trying to pull himself up, "Don't touch... don't... Xiao Bai!"

Bai Chuan's veins were popping on his forehead, holding down his scrambling posture: "Is this enough to relieve you?"

Yi Ye nodded quickly, his wet black hair swaying.

Bai Chuan stared at him for a while before withdrawing his hand. It's okay, they had plenty of time, he could take it slow, no rush.

    "..."

In the dim light, the entanglement continued. Yi Ye's strength was almost exhausted, his voice unconsciously carrying a hoarse sob: "Don't continue anymore..."

    "It's not over yet, brother."

The dark light in Bai Chuan's eyes was terrifyingly deep, he held the youth's head, looking at that flushed, damp face, and leaned down to kiss.

The room was filled with the sound of rustling fabric and movement, Yi Ye was pushed back to the wall, a hand cushioning behind him just before he hit it, forcing him to tilt his head back and swallow with difficulty.

    "Mmm..."

Why... kiss? Is this also part of the relief?

Bai Chuan didn't explain, licking his mouth like a dog. The dripping water was too much to swallow, almost drowning him. Yi Ye closed his eyes tightly to endure, tears and sweat dripping down his face, his body suddenly trembling.

He was silent for a few seconds, his face red to his neck.

"Just a kiss?" Bai Chuan rubbed his earlobe, "Brother is so sensitive."

    Damn it...

Yi Ye bit his lip, pale, forcing out words that had no bite at all, "If you say one more word, I'll... punch your lights out..."

Bai Chuan held his light fist and kissed the back of his hand.

The sudden tenderness left Yi Ye momentarily dazed.

But the next moment, he was suddenly yanked back under the covers, followed by a head of soft, golden hair pressing against him.

Yi Ye froze in shock, his face showing a mix of shame and fury. The curse that was about to spill from his lips turned into a shaky, broken moan. His knuckles turned stark white under extreme suppression, like a monk trapped in a spider's web, almost touching the edge of the bed before being cruelly dragged back by the spider's silk.

    Help me...

    ...

The night dragged on longer than expected. The muffled cries didn’t stop until dawn.

Yi Ye was so exhausted that he completely passed out. When Bai Chuan carried him into the bathroom to clean him, he had no strength to move, like a limp doll being molded. Except for breathing and a heartbeat, everything else was on the verge of melting.

Exhausted, only a faint, watery essence remained, barely distinguishable from water.

After washing the youth and tucking him back into bed, changing the bedding, Bai Chuan stayed alone in the bathroom for a long time. When he came out, he had a towel wrapped around his lower body. Dripping wet, water trailed down his chiseled abs, radiating the contentment of a well-fed predator.

The routine of living together day in and day out made Yi Ye unaware of how much Bai Chuan had changed. But compared to when he first entered the military academy, he’d filled out, his frame broader and more muscular, and he was still growing.

But no matter how tall he grew or how strong his physique became, he was still too weak. If he’d been a moment later, what would’ve happened in that room? The thought alone made it hard to breathe. If he were stronger, even stronger, wielding the kind of power that even the Senate’s twelve seats feared, would these things not have happened?

Bai Chuan stood silently in the bedroom, lost in thought, statue-still, motionlessly watching the person sleeping on the bed.

After a long while, he walked over. His hand touched the youth's face, who was sleeping uneasily, nuzzling into his palm a few times, and the furrowed brows relaxed.

He murmured the word "brother" softly, placing a light kiss on Yi Ye's forehead, then withdrew his hand.

Turning around, he walked out the door and sent a message to Judge Ai Linya.

    ...

    Everything ached. Everything felt numb.

Damn, who knocked him out cold?

His eyes couldn't open, swollen like little water balloons. Yi Ye squinted, reaching out blindly in the air, but his hand touched a body with distinct muscles, firm and with protrusions.

    Yi Ye: "..."

He hesitated for two seconds, then rubbed it again. Realizing what it was, a series of screams echoed in his mind.

He scrambled up in shock, the blanket slipping off, but before he could crawl away, a long arm pulled him back into an embrace.

"Sleep a little longer," Bai Chuan's sleepy voice whispered in his ear.

Yi Ye maintained a plank-like position and expression, mustering all his strength to open his eyelids, trembling as he looked to the side—

    Meeting Bai Chuan's handsome face.

Looking down, his chest and shoulders were marked with scratches like cat claws.

    Wow, who went all out?

It seemed like it was him.

The wild, steamy scenes from last night flashed through his mind like a stampede of mammoths, leaving his world in chaos.

    "Did we... maybe..."

Bai Chuan, groggy from staying up too late, rasped, "What are you trying to say?"

    "Did we... hook up?"

    "...Yes."

Yi Ye felt like he'd been hit by a truck, his lips quivering, then his eyes rolled back, and he passed out cold.

I think you should add the crown prince in that list
