Chapter 70
by 袁舟律Chapter 70
Li Xiujin nodded.
Only then did Lin Ze, his face flushed, part his legs.
Li Xiujin hiked up Lin Ze's waist, then grabbed his ankles, yanking him forcefully towards himself...
"Did you miss me?"
Lin Ze bit the back of his hand in shame and nodded.
"What did you miss?"
Lin Ze squirmed with even greater shame.
"Say it."
"Mmm..."
Li Xiujin's breathing grew heavy. "Fuck you."
With that, he plunged in fiercely...
To think that after a month apart, it was like they were back in the time before Li Chongyi was born.
Li Xiujin deliberately spanked his buttocks. "Relax."
Lin Ze's snow-white cheeks were tinged with pink, trembling slightly. After being spanked by his young husband, he felt exceptionally embarrassed and relaxed for a moment, but before long, he unconsciously clenched again...
Li Xiujin was nearly pushed over the edge right then.
Soon, Lin Ze's flushed face took on a dazed expression.
Li Xiujin ordered him to open his mouth.
He opened his mouth, his face completely flushed.
Li Xiujin ordered him to stick out his tongue.
He obediently extended his tender pink tongue, offering it to his mouth...
After knotting, the intense coupling lasted for ten minutes. Li Xiujin bounced back immediately and continued...
Lin Ze regained some clarity and struggled, shaking his head. "Xiu Jin, you promised me only once..."
Li Xiujin sealed his lips with a kiss...
Soon, Lin Ze's eyes lost focus, unable to utter a single word...
After Lin Ze passed out, Li Xiujin still wasn't satisfied. He burrowed back in again, licking every inch inside and out until it was swollen. Only then did he carry Lin Ze to take a bath. After bathing, he discovered his wound had reopened. He called a doctor to bandage it for him. Once bandaged, he burrowed into Lin Ze's arms, pulled open Lin Ze's pajamas, and suckled at his chest as he fell asleep...
The next morning, when Lin Ze woke up and saw Li Xiujin's wound dressed with fresh gauze, he realized they had gone too far last night, causing his wound to split open. Guilt immediately flooded his heart...
Xiu Jin couldn't control himself because he was young, but Lin Ze knew he was injured and still didn't exercise restraint, indulging with him.
Seeing Lin Ze's guilty expression while eating, Li Xiujin coaxed him, "I won't touch you again until my wound is healed."
This eased some of the guilt in Lin Ze's heart.
That evening, they boarded a flight back to their country. Shortly after landing, a large number of soldiers swarmed into the airport, surrounding Li Xiujin and his group.
Li Xiujin shielded Lin Ze behind him, while Yang Yu kept an eye on Li Wei.
The orderly rows of soldiers parted to make way as Liu Cheng stepped forward.
Seeing Li Xiujin and Yang Yu, he showed an expression of extreme shock and relief. "General Li, Colonel Yang, I thought something had happened to you. This is wonderful, truly wonderful..."
Li Xiujin gave a cold laugh. "So you're this happy we're not dead? I thought you'd be wishing we were."
"How could you think that?" Liu Cheng said. "When I thought you were in trouble, I was worried about Colonel Lin and your child having no one to care for them. I specially arranged for people to watch over them and assured Colonel Lin that I would take care of them in the future."
"If you don't believe me, ask Colonel Lin."
Li Xiujin glared at him darkly, his hand moving towards his gun.
Lin Ze tightly gripped his arm. "Xiu Jin, now is not the time."
Li Xiujin calmed down a little.
Liu Cheng continued, "Your survival is a tremendous blessing. However... defying the Prime Minister's orders, privately taking a fugitive and fleeing, has made the Prime Minister very angry. He has stripped both of you of your positions. I am here now to ask you to come for questioning. After the questioning, you may be detained for a period. But don't worry, you'll be released before long."
"General Liu, do you think we're fools?" Yang Yu couldn't help but speak up. "If we're really detained by you, it's likely we'll be imprisoned forever, isn't it?!"
Liu Cheng smiled. "Why would you think that? It's just a procedural matter."
"General Li, Colonel Yang, Colonel Lin, please cooperate."
"Cooperate with your motherf—" Yang Yu cursed.
Liu Cheng's smile faded slightly. "Ah, you see, we could have been civil about this. But you're forcing me to drop all pretense."
"Arrest all four of them."
The soldiers began to advance. Li Xiujin held his gun in one hand while shielding Lin Ze with the other. Lin Ze also drew his own gun. It was past the agreed-upon time, and Hu Zheng still hadn't arrived. If Hu Zheng had stood them up or had already been bribed by Liu Cheng, their chances of surviving after being captured were very slim...
Just as Lin Ze was filled with anxiety, a voice suddenly rang out.
"Nobody move."
A large contingent from the Garrison Department surrounded Liu Cheng's forces.
Liu Cheng hadn't expected Hu Zheng to come. He narrowed his eyes. "General Hu, I am carrying out official duties. What is the meaning of this?"
"I am also carrying out official duties," Hu Zheng stated.
"The Prime Minister ordered me to arrest them. May I ask what official duty you are performing?"
"Oh, your law enforcement actions are causing panic among ordinary citizens. The Prime Minister just issued an order stating that military personnel must not disturb or endanger ordinary citizens during official duties. Look for yourself, aren't the people in the airport frightened by you?" Hu Zheng said.
Liu Cheng said coldly, "Tasks have different priorities. Clearly, your task is not as important as mine."
"What are you waiting for? Take them."
"I'd like to see who dares to move," Hu Zheng said sternly. "What do you mean my official duty isn't as important as yours? Are you implying our work is insignificant and the safety of ordinary people doesn't matter?"
"That's not what I meant."
"It certainly seems like it."
A standoff began.
"I want to say a few words." Lin Ze, who had been protected behind the others the whole time, suddenly spoke up.
Li Xiujin looked at Lin Ze, who gave him a reassuring glance.
"General Liu, you said General Li aided a criminal's escape. If that's the case, why would they come back now?"
"If the Prime Minister's goal is to capture Li Wei, what difference does it make whether General Li brings him back or you bring him back?"
"Or is it because Li Wei knows something he shouldn't, and you're afraid he will be brought back by General Li for interrogation?"
Liu Cheng gave a light, derisive snort.
"This stalemate benefits no one. Why not let the Prime Minister judge?" Lin Ze added.
"The Prime Minister is currently ill."
"Then we'll wait until he recovers. Li Wei has already been brought back and will be detained at military HQ. General Liu, what are you still afraid of?" Lin Ze stared at Liu Cheng and asked.
Liu Cheng clapped his hands together once. "Well said."
Leaving behind the words, "But the one who's afraid isn't me," Liu Cheng gave Li Wei a deep look before leaving.
Hu Zheng put his hands on his hips. "I really thought you were dead, kid."
Li Xiujin said self-deprecatingly, "The good die young, while the wicked live for a thousand years."
"You rascal." Hu Zheng laughed heartily. "Consider us even for you saving my life back then. I don't owe you anything anymore."
"That's not enough." Li Xiujin said.
Hu Zheng shook his head with a smile. "I'll have some guys see you home and lend you some men for now. Liu Cheng didn't catch you today; who knows if he'll let it go."
After Hu Zheng left, Li Xiujin did not have Li Wei detained at military headquarters. Instead, he sent four of Hu Zheng's men, ordered them to guard Li Wei, and then sent him to a secret location.
When they left the airport and were about to get into the car, a haggard yet beautiful omega holding a child stood at the airport exit, her eyes scanning the crowd anxiously. Only when she saw Yang Yu limping did her eyes suddenly light up. She picked up the child and hurried towards him.
Yang Yu, who was talking to Li Xiujin, sensed something and abruptly turned his head. Seeing his wife and son, he quickly went to meet them, embracing them both in his arms.
Lin Ze and Li Xiujin watched as this alpha, Yang Yu, broke down sobbing in the arms of his petite omega.
However, when they returned and saw Lu Mo and the servant holding Li Chongyi waiting for them, Lin Ze felt a lump in his throat, his eyes growing warm. As soon as the car stopped, he got out and took Li Chongyi into his arms.
Li Chongyi stared wide-eyed at Lin Ze. After a few seconds, he opened his mouth and began to wail with grievance and sadness.
"Colonel, while you were away, this little guy really gave us a hard time. He cried almost every night, and nothing we did would soothe him." Lu Mo sighed. "I've completely given up on any plans to get married now."
"Sorry for the trouble." Lin Ze said apologetically.
Lu Mo shook his head. "Seeing you and General Li safe puts my mind at ease."
Lu Mo was exhausted from the past few days. After safely handing Li Chongyi over to Lin Ze, he went back to catch up on sleep.
After taking a shower, Lin Ze, not even having time to button his pajamas, picked up Li Chongyi, who had started crying again. As soon as Li Chongyi latched on, he quieted down, two lines of tears on his cheeks, his sparse eyebrows slightly furrowed, eating with a sense of grievance.
When Li Xiujin came out of the bathroom, he saw Lin Ze with his pajamas slightly open, feeding the child.
Li Xiujin's Adam's apple bobbed. He knew he might be somewhat different from normal people in certain aspects, but seeing Lin Ze like this, his abdomen tightening, he couldn't help but curse himself for being a beast.
Having been without them for those few days, Li Chongyi was truly too aggrieved and sad. Even after being full, he still refused to let go. Lin Ze wanted to pry his mouth open, but as soon as he touched him, he started crying...
Lin Ze couldn't bear it again, but when he turned his head and saw Li Xiujin frowning and staring at him, asking, "Then what about me?"
Lin Ze felt both ashamed and conflicted...
Fortunately, Li Xiujin generously conceded to Li Chongyi for the night in the end...

Hearing that Li Wei wasn't dead and had been brought back by Li Xiujin, the Prime Minister's health improved dramatically, and he urgently summoned Li Xiujin.
Li Xiujin, however, pleaded illness and refused.
"What does he mean by this?!" the Prime Minister raged.
"That's just how he is, Prime Minister. Please don't get angry with him." Liu Cheng said.
"Can you find out where he's hiding Li Wei?" the Prime Minister asked.
"I'm investigating it now." Liu Cheng said.
However, after practically turning the entire country upside down, they still couldn't find any trace of Li Wei.
After Liu Cheng reported this to the Prime Minister, the Prime Minister gave him a searching look. "I know you're afraid that Li Wei will reveal your collusion with him when he sees me. I've known about this matter for a long time. If I wanted to deal with you, I would have done it long ago. I wouldn't have let you act so high and mighty for all these days."
Liu Cheng, of course, knew the Prime Minister wouldn't deal with him because he still held a huge secret concerning both him and Li Wei. Liu Cheng sneered inwardly but still said respectfully, "I failed in my duty. I truly haven't found Li Wei's whereabouts."
The Prime Minister believed him. That afternoon, he came to Li Xiujin's company.
Since his military position was revoked, Li Xiujin had turned his focus to corporate matters. Just after a meeting, Fu Zhi said to him, "The Prime Minister is here."
"Tell him I'm not feeling well and won't see him."
"He's already in your office."
Li Xiujin chuckled, pushed open the office door, and indeed saw him sitting in the reception area, drinking tea.
Seeing him, he smiled very amiably. "Xiu Jin, are you feeling better?"
Li Xiujin said indifferently, "Much better."
"I know you've been wronged. I was angry at the time, and someone was fanning the flames, so I made a wrong decision." The Prime Minister said. "I came today to tell you that I intend to reinstate both your and Lin Ze's military positions and award you both first-class merit medals."
Li Xiujin: "I don't deserve it."
The Prime Minister was familiar with his temperament. He sighed at this moment. "I understand you're very angry now. I would be angry too if I were in your place. But didn't you also do something wrong? If you had let Liu Cheng bring the person back, wouldn't there have been so much trouble? Usually, I've been indulgent enough with you, right? This time, letting you learn a lesson doesn't seem like a bad thing, does it?" The Prime Minister spoke earnestly.
"Indeed, you are right. I was indeed willful before, so I need to reflect on it even more." Li Xiujin said after some thought.
Seeing him impervious to persuasion, the Prime Minister had no choice. "What exactly do you want? Do you want me to kneel and beg you?"
"I don't deserve it."
"Then tell me what you want."
Li Xiujin finally looked up from his documents. Then he said in a deep voice, "Let me personally execute Liu Cheng."
The Prime Minister's expression darkened.
*
"Chong Yi, Mommy is just going to wash her hands. Okay, don't cry, don't cry."
Ever since Lin Ze returned, Li Chongyi seemed to have developed a bad case of separation anxiety. He needed to see Lin Ze constantly and smell his scent, or he'd start crying right away. Just like now, as soon as Lin Ze put him down to wash his hands, he started to fuss and whimper. Lin Ze had no choice but to keep holding him and stay by his side.
Once Li Chongyi had calmed down, he started nuzzling against his chest.
"Chong Yi, are you hungry?"
Li Chongyi eagerly mouthed at him through his clothes.
Even though he had just been fed, while Lin Ze was wondering if he should cut back on his feedings, Chongyi had already used his mouth and face to push open the front-opening pajamas Lin Ze wore for easy breastfeeding...
Only after Li Chongyi fell asleep did Lin Ze finally have a chance to free himself. He wiped the child's drool with a tissue, went to the bathroom to clean up, and then got dressed.
Meanwhile, Li Xiujin, who had promised to return home early that evening, still hadn't come back. Lying in bed, Lin Ze caught intermittent whiffs of the familiar pine scent from Li Xiujin's side of the bed.
Though it was a scent he was accustomed to, it now made Lin Ze feel hot and bothered all over...
Soon, Lin Ze felt an unbearable, needy itch low in his belly—a craving for Li Xiujin...
Unaware of what was happening to him, Lin Ze buried his face in the pillow in shame...
On the other side, Li Xiujin, delayed by negotiations with the Prime Minister, arrived home several hours later.
After showering and entering the bedroom, his breath hitched...
On the large bed, Lin Ze's robe lay open, revealing a glimpse of damp, tender pink skin.
As Li Xiujin approached, he saw Lin Ze's eyes were hazy, his cheeks flushed...
He was already completely in a state of heat...
