A night of passion.

The next day.

When the first rays of dawn shone on the bed, Leng Xiyue sensitively woke up, frowned, shielded her eyes with her hand, and lazily turned over.

Pain, so much pain, her whole body ached indescribably; why did it feel like she had been laboring all night instead of resting?

The steady breathing sounds and the unfamiliar masculine scent enveloped her.

Someone is next to me! Leng Xi Yue suddenly opened her eyes.

A handsome face came into view, with fair, smooth skin, long, slightly curled eyelashes arranged in a dense pattern, a straight nose, and sensuous lips. Such perfect features combined together like a masterpiece crafted by the heavens.

Even in sleep, an air of unapproachable coldness and the aura of a sovereign radiated from him. Who is he?

Leng Xi Yue strained her memory, and the events of last night gradually surfaced in her mind.

It seems she drank too much and threw herself into the arms of a waiter...

At the train station.

Leng Xi Yue, dragging a heavy suitcase with one hand and holding six leashes with the other, led six mini versions of herself out of the platform.

The six adorable tots attracted many admiring glances along the way.

"Mommy, I'm hungry," the second child said, pointing to her empty stomach.

"I'm hungry too," the eldest child raised her hand to speak.

"I want ice cream!" the youngest child raised her little hand high.

"I want fried chicken," the fifth child's mouth nearly watering.

"I want French fries," the third child licked her lips.

"I want meat, lots and lots of meat," the fourth child bounced up to Leng Xi Yue, tilting her cute little head up.

"Alright, alright, Mommy will buy you all that soon, ice cream, chicken wings, fries, and meat…"

An ordinary motel.

Leng Xi Yue booked a small suite and ordered six hearty takeouts.

Watching the little ones devour their food, Leng Xi Yue felt both comforted and melancholic.

Four years ago, after being betrayed by Zhou Tian and Lin Xue, she drowned her sorrows in alcohol, losing her chastity on the eve of her wedding, and then humiliating Zhou Tian on the day itself. She had to flee abroad to hide and heal her heart.

She intended to return after cooling off but discovered she was pregnant.

Having grown up in an orphanage with no family to turn to, she had to rely on herself after this incident.

To safely give birth, she stayed abroad, working as a dishwasher and server in a hotel. Fortunately, the hotel owner was kind, offering help and care after the children were born.

As the children grew and it was time for preschool, she had no choice but to return with her little ones.

Returning was one thing, but how to support herself and her children? She couldn't just continue waiting tables. With the children's expenses and upcoming school fees, she needed a decent job to afford it all.

After the little ones finished eating, they quickly fell asleep on the beds, filling them completely with their adorable sleeping forms.

Leng Xi Yue tucked the children in, cleaned up the dining table, and started searching for job openings nearby online.

After sending out over ten resumes, by evening, she received only one response.

"Is this Leng Xi Yue? This is Aquatic Blossom Fitness Club. You've just applied for a position here. Are you available for an interview now?"

"Now?..." Leng Xi Yue glanced at her children, troubled, "It's too late today, how about tomorrow?"

"You're joking, right? You expect us to schedule the interview around you? If you're coming, you need to be here by 7 pm tonight, or forget it!"
