Chapter 64 Xie Nai Brutally Kisses Qin Jiao
by 00后槐花Chapter 64: Xie Nai Brutally Kisses Qin Jiao
"Rip—"
The half sleeve that Qin Jiao had been holding onto fluttered lightly to the ground. It was apparent that if Xie Nai had been a step slower, Qin Jiao's hand would have been dripping with blood by now.
"Come near this prime minister again, and next time it'll be your hand that falls to the ground."
Throwing the short sword back to Tongsheng, Lin Wen narrowed his fox-like eyes, looking dangerous and ruthless.
Before Qin Jiao could react, the veiled youth beside Lin Wen spoke first. "Don't frighten him," the youth said softly to Lin Wen.
"Hmph." Lin Wen snorted coldly, his gaze as icy as frost.
After the tussle, the Fengxue Bracelet on Qin Jiao's wrist was exposed. The veiled youth's gaze unconsciously fell on Qin Jiao's wrist, his eyes deep, lost in thought.
"Qin Jiao, are you alright?"
Jiang Qingrong wanted to rush over to see if Qin Jiao was injured. After all, it was he who had insisted on bringing Qin Jiao out of the residence this time. If anything happened to Qin Jiao, not to mention others, Cong Shuang would surely cut him down on the spot. But as Jiang Qingrong watched, he felt something was off...
When Lin Wen had drawn his blade, Luo Bei and Luo Yue had immediately blocked in front of Xie Nai. Now Xie Nai was shielding Qin Jiao, with Luo Bei and Luo Yue on guard. Jiang Qingrong wanted to check if Qin Jiao was hurt, but suddenly found he couldn't get close to Qin Jiao at all.
What was going on? Hadn't Qin Jiao said that he and the Prince of Lingnan were merely nodding acquaintances?
This didn't look like that...
Qin Jiao was also startled by Lin Wen. He had momentarily thought Lin Wen was going to kill him.
"Thump, thump, thump—"
Calming down, Qin Jiao heard a heartbeat. The young master was now almost completely leaning into Xie Nai's embrace. They were so close that Xie Nai's heartbeat, through his thin chest, reached Qin Jiao's ears.
"Let go!"
Coming to his senses, Qin Jiao shoved Xie Nai away, his ears flushing bright red from either anger or embarrassment.
Flustered, Qin Jiao stumbled back a few steps after pushing Xie Nai away. Just then, Jiang Qingrong pushed through to his side and asked anxiously, "Qin Jiao, are you okay?"
Qin Jiao took a deep breath. Once his restless mood had settled a bit, he answered Jiang Qingrong with a smile: "Of course I'm fine. Brother Lin Wen wouldn't bear to... Ah!"
Qin Jiao had intended to continue his affectation, but Xie Nai suddenly clamped down on his wrist.
"What are you doing?" Caught off guard, Qin Jiao was nearly yanked down.
"Come with me." Xie Nai's voice was deep, and he pulled Qin Jiao out of the crowd.
Luo Bei and Luo Yue wanted to follow, but Xie Nai stopped them with a shout. Resigned, they halted, and Luo Yue also blocked Jiang Qingrong, who was about to follow.
"Where are they going? What's going on?"
Blocked, Jiang Qingrong was confused. The veiled youth's gaze intently followed Qin Jiao and Xie Nai. Lin Wen's eyes, however, were deep in thought, quickly processing the series of events just now.
—
Amidst the bustling crowd, a tall young man pulled a delicately featured young master in white along. The young man wore a solemn expression and walked very fast; the young master stumbled along, nearly bumping into him several times.
"Xie Nai, let me go!"
Qin Jiao tried to pull his hand free, but Xie Nai was astonishingly strong. He ignored Qin Jiao's protests and growls. Furious and embarrassed, Qin Jiao shouted, "What do you want?"
As they spoke, they reached a sparsely populated alley. Xie Nai forcefully turned into it.
"Bang—" The young master's body was flung with force. Just as his back was about to hit a tree, Xie Nai's hand came between, separating his slender back from the rough holly tree.
"Let me go! Xie Nai, are you insane?" Qin Jiao roared.
Qin Jiao kept struggling. To prevent him from moving further, Xie Nai's leg forcibly invaded between Qin Jiao's thighs, while his other hand grabbed both of Qin Jiao's struggling wrists.
"Qin Jiao, I'm not the one who's crazy—you are!"
Now Xie Nai and Qin Jiao were pressed tightly together. Xie Nai's low, angry voice pressed in Qin Jiao's ear.
Xie Nai was stern and severe. Qin Jiao was full of anger: "What did I do?"
"You deliberately provoked Lin Wen today. What are you up to?" Xie Nai's beautiful eyes had flushed red at the corners, his gaze dangerous as he looked at Qin Jiao.
Xie Nai had figured out Qin Jiao's nature. He was usually lazy and wouldn't easily cause trouble, but today he had repeatedly provoked Lin Wen—it was clearly intentional.
Even though Xie Nai had seen through his little schemes, Qin Jiao was stubborn: "What do you mean by 'deliberately provoked'?"
He raised his elegant brows, his tone unconsciously carrying a hint of sarcasm: "Lin Wen and I are already betrothed, and he's helped me before. What's wrong with being a bit close to him?"
"He helped you?" Xie Nai laughed angrily. The aloof and noble young man suddenly leaned down, his hot breath fanning onto Qin Jiao's neck. "By your logic then, this prince has also helped you, so can I be close to you?"
Xie Nai's smile was too eerie, and he was too close. Qin Jiao's heart raced. "You, don't misinterpret me!" he forced out angrily, trying to stay calm.
The man's gaze fixed on Qin Jiao's striking face, then slowly traveled down, finally landing on the young master's slightly bobbing Adam's apple.
"Qin Jiao," Xie Nai called him. "Remember back in Nanzhou, when you woke from the poisoning and asked me about the red marks on your neck?"
Qin Jiao narrowed his eyes slightly. That had indeed happened, but why was Xie Nai bringing this up now...
"Ah... it hurts!" While Qin Jiao was recalling, Xie Nai suddenly lowered his head and bit hard on Qin Jiao's pale neck.
"Mmph, mmph, let go... Xie Nai." As his sensitive neck was licked and bitten, a startled moan involuntarily escaped Qin Jiao's lips.
"Xie Nai, you, you... bastard!"
Qin Jiao's legs grew weak. He struggled to step back, but Xie Nai pressed closer. With nowhere to escape, Qin Jiao could only tilt his head back, crying out and gasping.
After a moment of gentle rubbing, Xie Nai lifted his head and looked at Qin Jiao with deep eyes. "Now do you understand? That's how the red marks appeared."
Qin Jiao's eyes were red and brimming with tears. He was about to curse Xie Nai, but Xie Nai said, "But intimacy—this alone is not enough."
Qin Jiao's pupils instantly dilated
