The black mecha shut down its thrusters and drifted quietly in the dark vacuum, almost in a semi-dormant state.

Inside the cockpit, the dominant scent of cedarwood mixed with sandalwood, along with the alluring pheromones of wild ginger flowers, filled every corner.

It was as if a sea of wild ginger flowers had bloomed on a winter field.

The two members of the Wolf King Star Pirates captured by Luo Ke, one unconscious, remained so, while the other, tied up in a corner, trembled in fear.

Like a chick thrown into a cage of beasts, he deeply experienced the terror of being a backup meal.

In the largest rest room, their entanglement continued.

Initially, Ji Jing took the lead, but once the most crucial line of defense was breached, it was Luo Ke who became the aggressor.

Luo Ke wore a neural interface helmet connected to the mecha's central nervous system, intently navigating the mecha through space toward the Rose Galaxy.

Only then did Ji Jing truly feel that he had been saved by Luo Ke.

Those previous experiences that made his heart race were not mere delusions but real occurrences.

Now, there were no marks left on Ji Jing's body, and even the scent of Luo Ke's Alpha pheromones had been washed away by the nutrient fluid.

In reality, Ji Jing hadn't sustained many injuries when he came out of the escape pod. The intensity of their encounter had prompted Luo Ke to place him in the healing pod out of concern, even after he fell asleep.

The healing process had long since ended, so the pod didn’t issue any alerts when Ji Jing woke up.

It wasn't until Ji Jing opened the pod's hatch that Luo Ke turned around sharply.

"Ji Jing, you're awake?"

Ji Jing calmly nodded and glanced at the clothes laid out beside him, which belonged to Luo Ke.

Luo Ke quickly explained, "Your original clothes were torn, so I gave you mine. They’re clean, just make do with them."

Ji Jing smiled and said, "Alright."

He then proceeded to put on the clothes right in front of Luo Ke.

Luo Ke, slightly embarrassed, turned his face away, causing the mecha, which had been flying smoothly, to wobble slightly.

The well-fed succubus felt exceptionally peaceful, all negative emotions vanished.

He rolled up the sleeves and pant legs, which were too long, and walked over to Luo Ke, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Where are we now?"

"We're close to the Rose Galaxy," Luo Ke replied, looking down at the hand on his shoulder, his face reddening again. "We should be back at Imperial Star in about twenty hours."

Ji Jing nodded. "No rush. Take care of yourself. You've been searching for me and recently... you must be tired too."

The subtle pause after the word "recently" made Luo Ke's face turn even redder.

Recalling those wild moments, he felt both beautiful and crazy.

The phrase "once you taste the marrow, you know the flavor" perfectly described his current state.

Just thinking about it caused his body to react instinctively.

He wasn't feeling tired, but rather, he was far from satisfied.

"I'm not tired, don't worry."

Still, Luo Ke slowed down the mecha and switched it to autopilot mode.

He removed the neural interface helmet, stood up, and faced Ji Jing. "Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere? Are you hungry? Do you want something to eat?"

Ji Jing tiptoed and kissed the corner of Luo Ke's mouth, smiling. "I feel great, no discomfort at all!"

Seeing the smile in Ji Jing's eyes, Luo Ke's breathing grew heavier. He wrapped an arm around Ji Jing's waist and cupped the back of his head, deepening the kiss.

Soon after, the well-fed little succubus had another snack.

When Ji Jing, drained of energy, slowly sipped the nutrient fluid, Luo Ke handed him two items, causing him to pause.

"Hmm? How did my light brain and necklace end up with you?"

To be precise, the necklace belonged to Luo Ke, but Ji Jing had already claimed it as his own.

And now, Luo Ke intended to officially give this power exoskeleton to Ji Jing.

As he granted Ji Jing access to the firepower system, Luo Ke explained, "'Gray Wolf' threw them onto different jump tracks outside Imperial Star to confuse my pursuit. I found them using the tracker."

Not only did Ji Jing's light brain have a tracker, but the necklace also had one. Since the true owner of the necklace was Luo Ke, only he had the authority to view its location.

It was only then that Ji Jing realized that Ask Xiuzhu couldn't use the necklace and couldn't destroy the expensive power exoskeleton, so he had discarded it along with the light brain.

"Damn it, that old cunning Ask Xiuzhu has been lying to me all along. I thought those two items were with him." Ji Jing said unhappily.

Hearing this, Luo Ke's eyes dimmed slightly, and he hesitated to ask what had happened to Ji Jing during this time.

The recent pleasant experience made Luo Ke understand that Ji Jing, like himself, was new to such matters. However, there were many ways to torment someone, and based on his understanding of "Gray Wolf," the other party was far from innocent.

But Ji Jing suddenly remembered the military knife. "By the way, where’s my knife? Did he throw it away too?"

Luo Ke's face turned bright red again.

"How about we get our marriage certificates once you and Ed finalize your divorce?"

Ji Jing was taken aback, seemingly remembering that although he had signed an electronic divorce agreement with Ed, he hadn’t yet obtained the paper version of the divorce certificate.
