The cave was filled with the scent of coconut candy, and the beauty's soft, delicate body irresistibly tempted the virile alpha in front of him.

Bai Yeye put a hand on Shen Yu's face, his eyes unfocused, and leaned forward involuntarily: "Shen Yu... Ouch!"

"He went out to find an inhibitor for me."

"...Not originally." But after you pushed me away and I hit the ground with a thud, I scraped my hand.

Bai Yeye pinched his own forehead: "It means he's not hurt. Wait here and don't wander off; he'll be back soon." Bai Yeye was worried if Shen Yu left, they'd miss each other again.

If it hadn't been him today, this beauty would probably have lost his innocence. He had no clue and let him stay inside.

Bai Yeye said guiltily, "I forgot." The truth was, he hadn't. If any other alpha had come in, he'd have chased them out long ago. But it was Shen Yu who came in, and he was willing.

"You said you were an alpha before, didn't you?" Shen Yu remembered clearly; he had claimed to be an alpha back then. He also said he liked other men's wives, which was why he had a crush on Bai Ruoshui. This beauty never spoke a single truthful word, did he?

Hmm, he was a lot like that scrawny little Samoyed. But his Samoyed didn't lie—he just liked to joke around.

Bai Yeye muttered, "I was just kidding."

Shen Yu didn't press the issue and pulled something else from his storage device: "Here, return this to you."

It was the lock of hair Bai Yeye had given him earlier.

Shen Yu admitted he'd been a little attracted to his looks at the time and had accepted the hair to see where things might go. But now that he had his adorable YeYe by his side, he couldn't hold on to things that were this unclear.

"I haven't returned the favor yet. Why are you giving this back?"

"You already did."

"What?" Bai Yeye tilted his head, like a puppy. When did that happen?

This gesture reminded Shen Yu of Bai Yeye again, but looking at his beautiful fish tail, he pulled himself back to reality.

"You're good-looking, but not as good-looking as YeYe."

"You've never seen his human form—how do you know he's better-looking than me?"

"YeYe is the most handsome." Shen Yu said firmly.

Bai Yeye felt like a thousand Samoyeds were stampeding through his head—woof, woof, woof, woof!

He was about to ask more when Gu Yuankai ran over with a necklace in his hand: "General! This looks like YeYe's necklace!"

Bai Yeye didn't want anyone seeing him as a mermaid, so he mumbled, "I'm out," and slipped away fast.

After running a ways, he changed back into a Samoyed, wagging his fluffy tail as he ran back.

"Shen Yu!"

Shen Yu, who'd been anxiously waiting, finally relaxed when he saw him. He crouched down to scoop him up: "YeYe, are you hurt?"

Bai Yeye rubbed his round head hard against him: "Nope! I'm a tough YeYe—I can protect myself!"

Shen Yu picked him up: "I'm taking you back for a checkup."

Bai Yeye turned into Huang Yeye and wondered: would Shen Yu examine him himself?

Obviously not. Shen Yu knew he wasn't a real doctor, so as soon as they got back, he handed him over to Bai Ruoshui.

Bai Yeye, remembering Shen Yu's words, excitedly rolled twice, then fell off the hospital bed with a thud because he had underestimated his own width.
