Chapter 441: Completely Healing Each Other
by 不语忧Chapter 441: A Full Mutual Healing
The lights in the room came on. Shen Que sat on the sofa while Wu Yue was bent over, bandaging his wound.
Shen Que cautiously glanced up at Wu Yue and noticed her dark expression, not saying a word. He didn’t dare make a sound.
But inside, he was thrilled—his wife was angry, angry because he had harmed himself. She loved him.
After bandaging his wound, Wu Yue suddenly curled her lips.
"Is this fun?"
Shen Que immediately shook his head. "No, it’s not."
Wu Yue asked, "Will you dare do it again in the future?"
Shen Que shook his head repeatedly. "I won’t dare."
Wu Yue sneered. "Looks like you still haven't learned your lesson."
Shen Que was extremely obedient, not daring to show even a hint of rebellion at this moment. The last time his wife had been this angry was when he had nearly died in the north and when she helped him get even with Frank.
Shen Que carefully tugged at Wu Yue. "I was wrong. I’ll never dare do it again."
Wu Yue suddenly said, "Noah, you’re too disobedient."
Shen Que’s pupils constricted sharply, and his heartbeat quickened. Wu Yue turned to look at him. "Did the royal court ever tie you up and beat you?"
Shen Que instinctively shook his head. "No, they didn't dare go that far with me."
Wu Yue scoffed. "That’s good. No need to worry about triggering your childhood trauma again."
Shen Que glanced at Wu Yue in confusion. Her face remained stern. "Come with me."
Shen Que stood up and followed Wu Yue to the bedside. Wu Yue directly ordered him, "Lie down on the bed."
As soon as Shen Que lay down, Wu Yue pulled out a survival rope made of hemp and tied his hands to the headboard.
His breathing began to uncontrollably quicken. Shen Que felt as though his entire body had stopped obeying him, shaking uncontrollably with excitement.
Wu Yue kneeled before Shen Que, reached out, and deliberately pressed against his wound. Seeing the freshly bandaged wound begin to bleed again, Wu Yue smiled with satisfaction.
She pulled out a knife, patted Shen Que’s face, and said with a sinister grin, "Noah, you’re too disobedient. Big sister's going to teach you some rules now."
As soon as she finished speaking, Wu Yue suddenly noticed that Shen Que’s reaction wasn't quite right.
Due to the transformation of his dragon bone, Shen Que’s entire genetic makeup had changed. Dragon scales erupted at the corners of his eyes, and his light green eyes, excited, completely turned into bright golden vertical pupils.
Holy shit... This completely threw Wu Yue.
It was the first time Wu Yue had seen Shen Que’s full transformation state after completing his dragon bone metamorphosis. Would he punch her to death?
She jerked her hand back in alarm, even dropping the knife, and turned to run.
Before she could move, Shen Que in his full state moved lightning-fast.
He easily snapped the ropes restraining him and reached out and grabbed Wu Yue.
Under Wu Yue’s shocked gaze, Shen Que put the knife she had dropped back in her hand.
Shen Que's gaze fixed unwaveringly on Wu Yue, forcing her hand to drive the knife tip straight into his chest, his eyes filled with madness, "Come on, baby, kill me."
Wu Yue couldn't break free at all. "What a lunatic! Ahhh!!!"
Seeing Shen Que about to get hurt again, Wu Yue got angry, "Shen Que, let me go!"
Shen Que's pupils kept dilating; he was too excited. Wu Yue's act just now could literally push him over the edge.
Shen Que panted heavily as he leaned close to Wu Yue, "Baby, carve your name right here into this bone over my heart, okay? You hold it yourself, don't be afraid. I want this. It doesn't hurt."
Wu Yue's love was the best anesthetic for him; he didn't feel any pain at all now, only an excitement that was driving him insane.
Actually, before this, Wu Yue hadn't truly grasped what the Blaze members meant when they called Shen Que a lunatic—what that concretely looked like.
It wasn't until she witnessed Shen Que's current act firsthand that she truly understood: Shen Que's mind really wasn't quite right, a bit seriously messed up.
If Wu Yue were a normal person, she might have been scared off by Shen Que, but she wasn't exactly normal herself either—she had severe emotional disturbance.
She needed Shen Que to express his love in the most intense ways, constantly, which was why she always opposed and provoked him; she just wanted Shen Que to pamper her.
A firm choice, an absolute favoritism, an almost obsessive, crazy possessive obsession.
Only by continuously showing his crazy possessive obsession toward her could he make her feel secure in this relationship.
Wu Yue thought about it—since Shen Que said himself that he was willing and it didn't hurt, carving her name into the bone on his chest actually sounded pretty intense.
Her name would be inside Shen Que's body; he would be completely hers.
So,
Under Shen Que's expectant gaze and his increasingly rapid, heavy breathing, Wu Yue slowly plunged the knife into his chest.
However, with a "thud" sound as the blade pierced flesh, Wu Yue lost her nerve.
Noticing Wu Yue's hesitant, flickering gaze, Shen Que directly grabbed her hand and swiftly carved the character for "Yue."
Then, without hesitation, he guided Wu Yue's hand to pull the knife out.
Before Wu Yue could help Shen Que bandage the wound again, Shen Que grabbed her neck and started kissing her wildly. Wu Yue hooked her arms around his neck, pressing her whole body against him and responding passionately, Shen Que's blood immediately getting everywhere.
He pinned Wu Yue onto the bed, just about to pick up the rope he had broken free from earlier, when he suddenly jerked back.
Wu Yue grabbed Shen Que, "Where are you going?"
Shen Que kept panting heavily, struggling to control his breathing, "I'm afraid I might hurt you, baby. You should sleep here alone tonight, I'll go—"
Before Shen Que could finish, Wu Yue had already hooked his neck and kissed him.
Wu Yue placed the rope in Shen Que's hand, "When we came out of the polar stele dungeon, didn't you want to kiss me?"
Shen Que's pupils flickered violently, his demeanor shifted instantly. He quickly tied the same knot around himself and Wu Yue that she had used in the polar dungeon.
Then, without hesitation, he pulled the rope, dragging Wu Yue right in front of him.
Wu Yue was yanked forward by the immense force and fell directly onto Shen Que. Shen Que immediately reached out, clutched Wu Yue tightly into his arms, and fell back onto the bed with her.
Shen Que caressed Wu Yue's face, kept asking for kisses, deepening each one, his fervent desire so fiercely he could’ve swallowed her whole.
This time, for the entire night, that knot stayed tied.
In the cool night, the tense air, the thick, intimate atmosphere.
A room silent and windless, swaying bed curtains, soft, breathy moans,
Two once-wounded hearts finally found complete redemption and healing in each other's solace.
....
Wu Yue was half-asleep, and as soon as Shen Que approached, his hands started wandering.
Wu Yue, "I'm so sleepy, quit it, I want to sleep."
Shen Que, "I just missed you, that’s all. If I really wanted to bother you, it wouldn’t be like this."
Wu Yue, "...You’re such a perv."
Wu Yue draped her leg over him, closed her eyes, and continued sleeping.
Shen Que was frozen in place for a solid minute. He glanced cautiously at Wu Yue and began to take care of himself.
Wu Yue, "Noah."
Shen Que immediately became obedient and still, "Yes, baby?"
Wu Yue, "Don’t always get up first to busy yourself with that random stuff."
Shen Que began racking his brain, trying to figure out what she meant,
"Then tomorrow, I’ll wait for you to wake up in my arms, okay?"
Wu Yue, "Mm."
Shen Que couldn’t help but smirk, his hands growing restless again.
He pressed further, "Then will you stay here again tomorrow night?"
Wu Yue turned away to sleep, ignoring him. Sensing that Wu Yue was about to pull her leg away, Shen Que grabbed her ankle and tugged her back against him,
"Stay one more night, okay?"
This time, Wu Yue completely ignored him.
Shen Que knew exactly how Wu Yue felt. As long as Wu Yue didn’t explicitly refuse, even when she did, it didn’t count.
As long as he kept sticking by her, wearing her down, sweet-talking her,
In the end, she would relent.
Because his wife also adored him beyond measure and simply wanted to indulge him.
