"Okay!" Lu Hang responded. Zhang Xiaofeng then went back to the kitchen to let her mother-in-law know, making sure there would be enough food for both of them.

Lu Hang had originally intended to tease her, but then he noticed his daughter pouting and snuggling into his arms as if she had been wronged, which struck him as funny. "What's wrong?"

Du Du couldn't say much, but her meaning was clear. She whined "Mommy," placed her little hand on her bottom to gesture, and then put on a tough face. Unaware of how adorable her chubby little face looked, she nearly made Lu Hang burst out laughing.

Looking at the angry, tattling Lu Dudu, he knew that if he actually laughed, she would probably burst into tears.

Lin Nannan, watching Lu Dudu tattle, directly called her out: "She was misbehaving, so I spanked her and scolded her!"

Definitely Daddy, Mommy, Grandpa, and Grandma, right? So, don’t do that again, okay? If it happens next time, Mommy and Daddy will both spank you!"

Lu Dudu, who had intended to tattle, was stunned. She ended up breaking into loud sobs—truly feeling wronged.

Her crying was so intense that everyone in the house and kitchen rushed out. Grandma Lu even came out holding a spatula...

Sniffling, Lu Dudu looked around in confusion, wondering why everyone who had been fussing over her suddenly lost interest.

She didn’t like Mommy and Daddy anymore. Remembering what had just happened, she felt like crying again.

"Don’t cry!" Lin Nannan clamped a hand over her mouth, then took her and placed her in the little cart she had made, saying, "Try walking with it!"

With this new toy, Lu Dudu’s attention was immediately diverted. Ever brave, she wasn’t afraid of the new thing. Instead, she stuck out her little foot to test it and quickly figured out what the little cart was for.

She could walk and run with it.

Watching Lu Dudu running all over the yard, Lu Hang was quite surprised.

"After I mentioned it to you, you just made this thing?" he asked. "Isn’t that a bit too fast?"

"Everything at the research institute was readily available. Otherwise, you can’t make something from nothing," Lin Nannan refused to take credit. No matter how skilled she was, she couldn’t have produced these things out of thin air.
