"Better not go. No need to go overboard," Lu Hang said with a light laugh. He didn’t want his wife to witness others being disciplined—it would be too hard on them.

Lin Nannan understood his meaning and agreed. "Alright, but you have to fill me in!"

The two of them agreed cheerfully, unaware that it would almost lead to serious consequences.
